Wow. I loved Jiro Dreams of Sushi. Such dedication.

I must say image 1 looks the best, the plating of that duck is just so elegant.

Have you heard of Noma in Denmark? I watch Rene's videos on YouTube and just love his work 💓

    Of course I know Noma dear! Rene is such an inspiration for many! He just completed an amazing tourney in Mexico! Sad that it is closed now! But he will come with another great one!
