Hello FOOD LOVERS of the world of Steemit!

I hope you are all having a great start of the week!

As many of you already know it, I am a great amateur of food and for the last 15 years I have been working in the world's most luxurious hotels and restaurants!

In this new series of posts that I am launching as from today, I want to share with you a restaurant in each country of the world that i personally believe to be the best and would definitely visit it if I am travelling to that particular country!

Yes each 196 countries of the world! I will share a list of 8 countries per post! I hope you will like it and maybe the frequent travellers will find it a very useful tool when choosing where to dine!

So let's kick it!

First on the list is one of my favorite destination :

AUSTRALIA

Multi award winning restaurant with a world class chef at it's head, ATTICA tops my list in Australia! Located in Melbourne , Chef Ben Shewry offers inventive tasting menus and bringing the Australian gastronomy to another level!

Attica has been on the San Pellegrino world50 best restaurant since 2010! A must visit for any food lover!

The next country of the list is :

BRAZIL

Offering Brazilian cuisine with a very modern touch, D.O.M is the restaurant I would like to visit should I travel to Brazil one day!
Situated in Sao Paulo, Chef Alex Atala uses mainly local ingredients in his cooking as well as supervises the production of these products in different parts of the country! Some of these ingredients are: tucupi juice, pirarucu and piraíba fishes, the herb jambu, and the tapioca from manioc flour.

Next one on the list :

CHINA

ULTRAVIOLET by chef Paul Pairet is well known for being one of the world most avant-garde restaurant experience in the world. Only 10 guest can dine per night!!!

It is a high tech dining experience where elements including video, audio, bespoke lighting, piped-in scents and, of course, good old food and drink stimulate every sense, with each course its own self-contained mini drama.

It is also described as ‘a story in 20 courses’. Amazing!

Hitting on my list next is :

DENMARK

This one was quite tricky as we got one of the ex-world best restaurant located in Denmark, Noma , with his well known chef Rene Redzepi! But my preference goes to GERANIUM of chef Rasmus Kofoed!

He is the only chef to have won all Bronze/Silver/Gold Bocuse D'or! Super inventive chef who proposes a very light cuisine with a lot of foraging products on the plates! Flowers plays an important role at Geranium! Thanks to note that this restaurant has got 3 stars on the Michelin Guide! Situated in Copenhagen!

The first country from Africa to make the list :

EGYPT

Located in the Cairo at the Citystars Hotel by IHG, AL KHAL offer authentic Egyptian cuisine in a classic atmosphere with a modern twist! This restaurant food is said to be the best in the country! I would really love to check it out!

Back to Europe for the next one :

FINLAND

Situated in Helsinki, the one restaurant that I will certainly visit if I go to Finland is RAGU! Offering central European as well as scandinavian cuisine, Ragu has always been my favorite restaurant in Finland!

Normally 'ragu' means to restore one's appetite, just imagine the journey that awaits you!!!

We will stay in Europe for the next country too and let me bring you to :

GREECE

Top quality seasonal ingredients are used in imaginative, deftly executed and stunningly presented modern dishes are served at SPONDI. Awarded 2 stars on the Michelin Guide, this restaurant is expected to even grow further and may be get it's 3rd star soon!

Chef Angelos Antos leads the team here and the restaurant recently celebrated it's 20th anniversary!

Another one from Asia on the list is next :

HONG KONG

In the recent years , Hong Kong has emerged as one of the world best fine dining destination! The one that is a must to visit is without any doubt AMBER! Highly ranked in the Asia and World best restaurant, Chef Richard Ekkebus who has in the past worked in Mauritius is doing a magical work there! Amber dishes are just outstanding!

This restaurant has also been awarded 2 stars in the Michelin Guide!

It is indeed very nice plating that i did here! The last 15 years I have been perfecting myself to reach this level dear!
I really have a nice hand when cooking and plating! That's my biggest talent infact!
