Dubai Trip (Part 1 )
Hi again steemians travelers.let me tell you my trip to United Arab Emirates.
We finally arrived in Dubai.
I am very impressed by the cultural contrast.
Dubai airport is located in the district of Al Garhoud, 4 km (2.5 miles) southeast of Dubai.
And has a metro station that connects very well with the city center. It is a good option to move.
Another option would be to rent a car,one of those brand new 4x4.
It is one of the most advanced transport systems in the world with machines without driver. It has 2 lines that work perfectly and is the perfect means of transport to cross long distances.
The red one goes from the airport and runs through Dubai from north to south.
The green crosses the most important points of interest of Deira and Bur Dubai.
Transfers can be made between the 2 lines in 2 stations: Union Square and Bur Juman.
There are 4 types of cards:
Red: For a very short stay. The price per route varies between 2 and 6.5 Dirham. It can be recharged for a maximum of 10 journeys and the initial cost of the card is 2 AED
Silver: The price of the card is 20 AED and includes 14 AED of balance. Supports unlimited recharges for 5 years!

Dubai Down Town and Burj Khalifa: The tallest building in the world. With its 828m high, this building is located next to the Dubai Mall.
The building was a project that cost 20 billion dollars of nothing, 4000 of which went to the emblematic building. Non-stop for almost six years that passed in a sigh, it was completely built to be inaugurated in 2010, surpassing Taiwan's Taipei 101 building as the tallest building in the world
It is practically visible from almost any point of the city, projects a long shadow of more than one km and reflects the Sun in its upholstery with more than 26,000 mirrored glass. It really is elegant and very beautiful.
It's time for a visit to the largest shopping center.
Dubai Mall
Located right at the foot of the Burj Khalifa includes more than 1200 shops both luxury and more normal, literally you can find everything. Virtually every chain or brand that boasts, has its shop here apart from some luxury hotels in the interior. With more than 65 million visits per year, it holds the title of most visited leisure and shopping center in the world, a figure that is on the rise given the notoriety of Dubai in recent times.
We were surprised by its cleanliness, everything is spotless, it looked more like a hotel than anything else. This includes the various food and food courts that we found that apart from being quite large and having almost any type of food, they are well organized and could almost be eaten on its shiny floor.
