Today there is again news from one of the best luxury projects in the whole zone in and around Marbella, the project is completely finished and the first beautiful apartments directly on the beach between Marbella and Estepona have been occupied by their owners.

Admittedly, at first glance it's not a bargain, but if you take a closer look you'll see that everything is right here, environment, safety, location and above all the price. In similar A-locations by the sea one pays these prices for used real estates which do not stand comparison.

Heute gibt es mal wieder Neuigkeiten von einem der besten Luxus-Projekte in der gesamten Zone in und um Marbella, das Projekt ist komplett fertig gestellt und die ersten wunderschönes Apartments direkt am Strand zwischen Marbella und Estepona sind bezogen worden.
Dieser außergewöhnliche private Anlage hat wie ihr sehen könnt nicht nur Ähnlichkeit mit den gerenderten Bildern der Architekten, sondern stellenweise hat sie diese noch übertroffen. An diesem wunderschönen Ort kann man ohne jeden Zweifel in aller Ruhe ein paar Monate im Jahr die Seele baumeln lassen, oder aber einen Platz finden um seinen wohlverdienten Ruhestand zu genießen.

Zugegeben es ist auf den ersten Blick kein Schnäppchen, aber wer genauer hinsieht wird erkennen das hier alles stimmt, Umfeld, Sicherheit, Lage und vor allem der Preis. In ähnlichen A-Lagen am Meer zahlt man diese Preise für gebrauchte Immobilien die keinem Vergleich standhalten.
