This is an annual event in Winnipeg, where the Filipino people of Winnipeg celebrate their heritage with all the people of Winnipeg. There is usually a parade, a festival site, and various demonstrations.

There are approximately 660,000 Filipino Canadians, of which approximately 57 000 live in Winnipeg.

Having grown up in a small town I am always awed the melting pot of people who live in larger cities!! It's so nice to see all the different ideas and traditions.
