NOTE: Because of the problems related with the HF20, the week 53 of this contest only includes the first three days of the week. Today, on Sunday, I am going to start the week 54 and everything will be just like before again. Thank you for your understanding.
Hello fellow Steemians!
It is my great pleasure to announce the winner of 7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge - Tuesday of Antarctica and World´s Oceans. I would like to say huge thank you to all the participants for their great entries. The number of entries yesterday was very good with many high-quality images so it was extremely hard to decide on the winning one. I encourage you to check the entries as they really were all stunning.
You can see all entries and participants in this post: 7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge - Tuesday of Antarctica and World´s Oceans week #53 - the absolute winner takes 200 SBD!
Please give a huge shout out to the best ten competitors for taking part in the challenge and sharing their photos and experience with all of us here on Steemit:
It would be great if you can visit their blogs and appreciate their awesome photography skills with some upvotes.
However, the winner is only one and that is for me picture posted by @bluebottlefilms with the following entry:
Coral reefs are magical places, these ecosystems are home to thousands of species and are so important to life on earth. If you’ve never been snorkeling on a coral reef, take some time to go experience one because it will change the way you think about the ocean.
What a great contribution from @bluebottlefilms to the photo challenge! I have visited @bluebottlefilms blog and upvoted his post called Support our marine park. @bluebottlefilms amazing entry from world´s oceans is qualifying for the weekly challenge where it will be competing against the previous and upcoming winners of the week:
@travelshots Asian Sunday entry:
The area between the skytrain stations Siam and Phrom Pong is Bangkok's shopping hotspot. Central World, Siam Paragon or Termial 21 are the names of the gigantic shopping malls where you can easily spend whole days. This is the evening view from the top floor of the luxurious Emquartier.
@vinceboisgard Australian Monday entry:
Viewed from St Kilda, Melbourne city shine as the sun is setting down. The sky turns vanilla and the water blue which really make a great melting of colours. Boats are floating and building reflecting the last rays of light.
The winner of the weekly challenge will be selected by you based on the dollar value of this post and then entered to a monthly and possibly yearly challenge on the way to win the price of 200 SBD in total. You can give @bluebottlefilms your support by upvoting this winner announcement post.
My next challenge is coming shortly: Asian Sunday. Get your pictures ready! :)
