We are in a cheap borrowing money market.
What does that mean?
Money is available at cheap rates from being printed by the government. This means that current money gets cheaper and cheaper to hold.
What do wealthy investors do then?
They borrow as much as they can and put it into assets to get new money that is at the current value in the market.
This will continue to drive prices up further and further!
