Vergisst nicht das wir Menschen sind, dass wir diese Vitamine auf die natürliche Art und Weise einnehmen müssen. Auf dem Bild oben sieht Ihr einen Apfel, einen Pfirsich, eine Banane und eine Karotte.
Rein damit in den Mixer und etwas Wasser zur Verdünnung und schon habt Ihr einen natürlichen Vitaminsaft für 3 Tage.
Mit etwas Honig oder Traubensirup könnt Ihr das versüßen. Mein Tipp für diesen Sommer.

- Karotte = VitaminC 6mg - VitaminA 1,2mg-D-E - Eisen - Zink - Magnesium - Kalium 355 mg
İnsan olduğumuzu ve bu tür vitaminleri doğal yollardan almamız gerektiğini unutmayın arkadaşlar. Masrafı çok düşük olup ve hatta üstüne az su ekleyerek sizi 3 gün vitamin ile idare edebileceğini unutmayın.
Mixer'de karıştırdıktan sonra az su ilave edin biraz tatlandırmak için de bal veya pekmez ilave edebilirsiniz.
Tadından geçilmiyor ve en doğal vitamin alma şekli. Bu sıcaklarda en büyük önerim.
