Sahipsizler mezarında bedenim,
Yitiğim, garibim, kimsesiz karanlık bir şehire düştüm,
Ne ağlayanım var, ne bir dua edenim,
Sevdiğim, cancağızım, nasıl oldu da sensiz bir şiire düştüm,
Gözlerim, kara bulutlar misali,
Yağmurları yükledim yine, doldum ama yağamıyorum,
Kimsede yok, bu yalnızlığın emsali,
Yokluğun büyüdükçe içimde, bu yalan dünyaya sığamıyorum,
Ne bir kuş cıvıltısı, ne de şehrin gürültüsü
Ruhumda, tam da orta yerinde derin bir sessizlik
Ne yaşama sevinci, ne de ölüm korkusu
Kalbim atmıyor sanki, Ya Rabbi nedir bu hissizlik...
