Rotterdam, the second biggest city of the Netherlands. It is also the newest city of the Netherlands because the city center was totally destroyed during the second wold war. 1945 they started to rebuild the city of Rotterdam. It resulted in a world city full of art and space. Also the biggest harbor of Europe is in Rotterdam. Rotterdam has the logistic heart of Europe. Wen you visit the Netherlands come also to Rotterdam.
Number 10: The Euromast tower
The Euromast is a sightseeing tower of Rotterdam. The Euromast is 185 meters tall and is the highest tower you can visit in the Netherlands. Visitors go up in a elevator to the restaurant. That is 112 meter above the ground. Next you can go to the euroscoop. It's a elevator with walls of glass and its take you to 180 meters above ground level.

Next to train and metro station Blaak there are some strange looking houses. The called the Cube houses or in dutch, kubuswoningen. One of the houses you can visit to see how it's like to live in the cube. A must see.

The old harbor is next to the cube houses. It's a small Barbour within the city center and its full of bars and restaurants. So you can drink an eat something after you visit the cube houses. It's also a popular nightlife area You will see that a lot of students will do the same. Enjoy of the view.

The Markthal is a beautiful building and if you love food, you are in the right place. Dozens of small and big restaurants are waiting for you inside. But also grocery shop and small food stalls are waiting. Cheese, fish, fries, nuts, Turkish fruit, Italian restaurants, Dutch restaurants, sushi and Chinese. You must have seen this place.

City hall square or in Dutch Stadhuisplein is where the nightlife of Rotterdam begins. Multiple bars and in the surrounding area clubs. For a nice drink and dance, Rotterdam has a good nightlife. And for the tourists that comes for the weed tot the Netherlands, just like Amsterdam, Rotterdam had many coffee shops.
Number 2 De kuip
Rotterdam have three professional soccer clubs. Sparta, Excelsior and the biggest one Feyenoord. The kuip is the stadium of the soccer club Feyenoord. Feyenoord is the champion of the Dutch soccer league. But the building is beautiful.

The zoo of Rotterdam Is 365 days a year open and the have a beautiful park with all sort of animals. They also have a botanical garden and a Ocianium. It is one of the biggest zoo in the Netherlands.
