I am pleased to read, thank you. Resteem!

I'm an acupuncturist and recently treated a patient for RLS with magnesium oil - the spray on kind, not the thick stuff. However, if kidney function is compromised, then magnesium oil is contraindicated. As you mentioned in your article, diet is a very important component.

Diet can change many things like high blood pressure and diabetes.

I sometimes experience this at night. I find that it occurs when I am dehydrated and simply drinking enough water throughout the night sorts it out.

Wish I didn't have restless legs! LOL Thanks for the article!

I have had this before from medication (antihistamines) and it is absolute torture. Great post.

Sorry to hear about your suffering. Hopefully it is a thing of the past.

Thanks yes it was just transient luckily.

My Dad and me both suffer from this ailment.
