Well, yes and no...as four stomachs its a tricky one.

Well according to the general understanding cows have one stomach but it is has four compartments for processing grass. Hence yes and no answer given.
In the above in anatomy of the cow it is clear to see the Rumen, Reticulum, Omasum and Abomasum.

Rumen

This section helps with breaking down the rough plants.

Reticulum

This section combines the plants with saliva then the is cud which can be chewed again like a bubble gum to help break it down even further.

Omasum

This section extract all the water from the food.

Abomasum

This section is the actual digestive part similar to what we have.
