Hi Steemians!

Yesterday, It was raining whole night so it was a chilled morning. I was completely packed in the blanket.

Now, it is Monday, a working day. I woke up at 8:45 am, quickly checked top news on The Economic Times mobile app and after that twitter, discord, Whatsapp, and office hangout chat group and replied a few messages.

Mini burger with tomato, cucumber and haldiram bhujiya toppings

I had my breakfast at around 10:00 am. The mini burger with a layer of butter, tomato, and cucumber topping, I eat this after a long time. After that, I checked my office emails and created my to-do notes for the day. I had to join a few morning scrum meetings with my team and reviewed the tasks completed by them. I spent 2-3 hours to finish all pending assignment.

Now, it was my lunchtime. I had my lunch at around 2:30 pm. The menu was rice and mix pulses. After having my lunch, I watched the news for around 15 minutes and continued my office assignment. The day was going very busy as usual. But, I am passionate about my work and I am always dedicated to it.

Also, in between, I was learning and going through features of steemdb.io. It is a very useful application and I am sure very soon I will integrate a few APIs for my proof of concept(POC) project on the steem blockchain.

In the evening, I watched some songs on youtube and had some snacks with evening tea. I had very light food in the afternoon so was feeling bit hungry. It was around 6:30 pm.

So this is how work week started and most of the time I was busy with my office project assignments. I took a break of 30 mins and I wrapped my office work at around 10:30 pm, I had a late meeting which I had to join.

I had my dinner at 10:00 pm and then checked few diary posts on steemit and also replied to few comments. I also finished my achievement task of steemdb.io and submitted the post.

Thank you for reading my today's diary.

Looks you are so interesting about steemdb.io🙂 Don't forget to share your POC with Github. It will useful to someone one day.

I had to join a few morning scrum meetings with my team and reviewed the tasks completed by them.

Oh, recently we did a survey about sprint planning. So sad I missed the chance of sharing it with you. It happened about 3-4 months ago.

But, I am passionate about my work and I am always dedicated to it.

Well, there are two types of people related to the workplace and profession. One who follows his passion and the other who develops and cultivates that passion by adjusting, changing his beliefs, strategies to the optimal effect to cultivate that passion. For both of them, the objective is to achieve the coveted experience, both are par with occupational well-being. However, as a team leader, they differ in their way to motivate people in their team.

I hope your passion sails you smoothly in your vocational well-being.

I would love to see your contribution to the Steem ecosystem.

Have a great day.

Steem on.

I believe the base is "Passion" which is required to achieve goal in life, irrespective of the type of people. It depends on the individual's personality how he/she follows and improves at various stages of life.

It is almost impossible to pursue something without passion, obviously in a disciplined manner, with a positive attitude and focus. There will be always noise, but we need to learn how to focus on listening to that one real sound that guides us throughout our life.

We need to figure out how much we are ready to learn and improve ourselves every day by always focusing on the ultimate target which we have set.

The best example is from Mahabharat, Piercing Fish eye competition. Everyone else had set their eyes on everything but Arjuna had set his eyes on his goal, the eye of the bird.

It's a vast topic and difficult to summarize on a short blog post but I hope I was able to summarize my thought and belief.

What you said is absolutely true.

My only point is that those who follow their passion, are precious, sails through smoothly, but very rare when looking it in a broad spectrum.

For instance, love-at-first-sight and marying & staying together forever, and the couple discovering intimacy, love, affection out of such a relationship. Precious!

On the other hand, someone starts it by marrying and then cultivates the marriage and nurture the relationship to bring the best out of it. Here the effort will be more. The contour to achieve the same result will also be different compared to the former.

So there will always be two ways:-

  • Either seek compatibility from the outset.
  • Or cultivate the passion to achieve the same end in the long run.

It's always soothing to see a youth especially a tech-savvy guy to quote an example from "Mahabharat", otherwise most of the time, I have experienced the educated youth feel guilt-ridden about our rich, ancient & resilient culture. I am grateful to you specifically for this.

Thank you.

Yes, I really understand your point and that's true.

Thank you!
