Say hello to one of the original members of #thealliance, @jaynie. She is our Featured Member of The Week. When the notion of our community was conceived, @enginewitty scoured Steemit for people he knew had potential to really stand out and make a name for themselves and had yet to be noticed. @jaynie was one of those people that caught his eye. The very first post he read of hers was called "Playing With Your Energy Field". This was way before @jerrybanfield ever mentioned her in his "Upvotables" series. From what @enginewitty read on that post, he knew her love for writing was already in tact and that it wasn't a hard transition for her to adapt to these waters. She has been extremely consistent with her posting and runs several great series' here on Steemit. If you don't know who she is yet, you'll soon discover that 'she's a boss'.

Jaynie-Lea is one of those people that is really hard to classify. She is an individual, and a rare one at that. She does posts that are comical, some that are serious, and others that are refreshing and highly motivational. But let's talk a little more about her. We can get into her posts in a minute. Something you will discover, is that she has two underlying qualities about her that surpass the norm. The first one being her honesty. @jaynie is not in the habit of sugar coating any half truths. She will tell it like it is. Point blank. The second thing that she is becoming famous for is her passion. Her writing ability exudes such an emotional fervor that you feel like you're watching your favorite movie for the first time. This carries into her career as well. When I said 'she's a boss', I meant it. She runs her own very successful printing business down in Cape Town, South Africa and has even published a few magazines of her own design. It is even reflected in her family life, when she talks about her mother or father or brothers but most notably, (whose cute little Karate-Kicking face you will see in some of her posts) is her son Jude. Lot of love in this woman. You'll see!

This is probably my favorite series that she does at random times on our lovely Steemit. Mainly because it gives us a peek into the realm of her domain. These posts are filled with great pictures of her outings including any expeditions her and her family may have gone on, the meals they ate, and some of the architecture or landmarks that were around the part of 'her world'.

This particular series is a fairly new daily motivational one that I find witty and light-hearted. I think she has fun posting them. She will drop a few quotes from inspirational people and expand on them like only she can.

Literally every post I've read of hers, I've been able to feel that passion. She has a true gift for writing and #thealliance definitely recognizes it. Go, take your time and read some these posts below, experience the passion this woman writes with. If you leave a comment, she will reply. It's in her nature, she's just that awesome.
