Fried Nam Chicken Wings

Nam is a way of fermenting meat that gives it a natural sour flavor. I used that type of fermentation on these great chicken wings. It came out better than what I was expecting. A nice tart delicious flavor to the greasy goodness of chicken wings.
This is great, chef. I believe this is a good alternative to frying and grilling. Apart from chicken, can this method be used for fish?
It sure can, then you can grill the fish over some coal. It's really delicious too :)
