tattoos and self-tseem

Participants in this study were asked about the number of tattoos they had and their state of mind as well as self-esteem. Surprisingly, the more tattoos there were the better the concept of self-image had. Something that makes sense since normally, when you decide to tattoo yourself, it is normal to choose a motif that is aesthetically pleasing to you and, therefore, beautifies your body in a greater or lesser extent.
Of course, not all is good news: women with more tattoos also had a higher rate of depression and even suicide attempts, especially those that had more than 4.
