Century-old Tea House in Hongkong
Lin Heung Tea House is a century-old Chinese restaurant, originated in Guangzhou and developed in Hongkong.
In the south of China, the culture of drinking tea plays a critical role in the local life. Therefore, the local people prefer to start a new day at the tea house, tasting Dim Sum served alongside Chinese tea and chatting with their family and friends.
Lin Heung Tea House is such a typical traditional tea house in Hongkong, without attentive service and luxury decoration, but always hustle and bustle.
During the morning rush hour, you may have to share the table with others. The Dim Sum carts were served around the tables and you could pick whatever you like. Barbecued pork buns, chicken legs, rice noodle rolls and shrimp dumplings are my favourite dishes. You could also order a pot of tea and spend some time.
Over here, you may meet the locals and find the most authentic flavour of Hongkong. Highly recommended.
