Typical Malaysian Kopitiam Style Breakfast!

Chong Kok Kopitiam, please don't be fooled by the name, this is no longer a hotel (although it used to be a 5 stars hotel decades ago). This is a very old and famous local coffee shop and been operating for nearly 79 years, extremely popular among people of Klang, Malaysia. It's a place suitable for multiracial to have their breakfast every day, very rare in a local old style Kopitiam。

Kopitiam in one of the Chinese slang means coffee shop, Kopi = Coffee, Tiam = Shop.

These are the few types of food that you must try here:
Local Black Coffee (very thick in taste and aroma), a pack of Nasi Lemak (local coconut rice mostly prepare by Malays), half boiled eggs, toasted bread/bun with butter and kaya (jam made from coconut milk, egg and sugar) - dipping the toasted bread to the half boiled egg is how the locals do!

The shop opens as early as 6.30 am, by 8 am the place will be packed, normally many people will be standing around patiently waiting for seats. The shop will be crowded with their usual customer which consist of the regulars who have been coming for decades, the old folks who finished their morning exercise nearby, the working class people and of course people like Rose and me.

The price is cheap, very affordable by the locals, food tastes great, what more do we need! Do give it a try if you ever stop-by this town, you would not regret it!

中国酒店，大家不要误会，这已经不是一间‘酒店’了（早几十年前它可是一家五星级酒店呢！）
是吧生人的都会知道这个地方，这家咖啡店已经是吧生的老字号了。
它可历史永久，已经开了近七十九年的老餐厅。
而且是马国三大名族都可以坐在一起，享用古早味的早餐，完全没有文化或种族的界限。
来这里不可不点的食物有如：
浓浓的黑咖啡，一包辣死了嘛 (Nasi Lemak)，两粒半生熟蛋，烤面包配牛油和加椰酱 (Kaya) - 沾半生熟蛋超好吃！

这里每天早晨六点半就开门做生意，八点过后就是要开始有耐心的等位子。
除了老顾客，在附近晨运后的老一辈也一定回来光顾，还有上班族，及我们这种闲人，陆陆续续的，人潮不断！

这里的价钱都很大众化，便宜又好吃！有机会的话，不妨来试试，你绝对不会后悔！
