How do I Substantiate the "Why's as the Reasoning in Creating My Life Purpose?

Utilizing the Osho Zen Tarot deck of cards, We are utilizing the "Paradox" technique.

Flowering

The Queen of Rainbows is like a fantastic plant that has reached the apex of its flowering and its colors. She is very sexual, very alive, and full of possibilities. She snaps her fingers to the music of love, and her zodiac necklace is placed in a way that Venus lies over her heart. The sleeves of her garment contain an abundance of seeds, and as the wind blows the seeds will be scattered to take root where they may. She is not concerned whether they land on the soil or on the rocks - she is just spreading them everywhere in sheer celebration of life and love. Flowers fall on her from above, in harmony with her own flowering, and the waters of emotion swirl playfully beneath the flower on which she sits.

You might feel like a garden of flowers right now, showered with blessings from everywhere. Welcome the bees, invite the birds to drink your nectar. Spread your joy around for all to share.

So - to elaborate here...

  • You're the question, the answer and the solution.

  • Your "why's" become an expression as your shared explanation. Please take the time to cultivate an explanation. This is a writing exercise in and of itself. It is not a one thought type of thing...It's an ongoing process of your introspection and fine tuning directions/plans for yourself based on establishing specificity in your definition of "life purpose".

  • Write down everything you would like to create. If that's too diffuclt - how would you like to help others if you could choose how you would like to particpate - money is not an issue.

  • How specific are you capable and able to become in articulating "life purpose" for yourself?

  • The question you ask suggests that you are looking to kind of "force" a happening...like a "motivational energy" to propel you into "change". That's not how real creation works. It's a labored effort. You got to do the frickin work to labor the change. If there's little to no effort involved - you know you never really gave yourself a chance.

  • Give yourself a chance. Write things down daily in regards to planning your life/purpose here.

  • Look inward and investigate Here to see what it is you would like to do and express. Realize that your purpose is very likely to include and encompass a multitude of things. Careful to not get yourself thinking rather one dimensionally, with a one track mind - where what you're doing is limitted to like this or that 'one thing' where you're very purpose becomes somewhat of a burden of making rather substantial compromises and your real Purpose here.

  • Try this exercise on for size: You already know your life purpose. It's just mostly unconscious. Write a letter to yourself, explaining to yourself your life purpose without really thinking about it. This is a mind exercise in "flow" where you allow yourself to write unconditionally without thinking and you just keep going till you've poured all of your insides outside onto paper or the computer...or whatevr.....basically you've made all the words and things connected as your life purpose to be visible to you. Now you have a treasure chest of your own personal data to work with in cultivating the shape and direction you would like to take. Remember, there's no rush here - have fun with this. Let it be an ongoing exercise that you play with over a week to a few weeks.

  • What do you think is your Best that you can share?

  • What would be the greatest thing you could gift yourself as your purpose. Go beyond material things. If you could do anything with your life what would you like to do?

  • Keep in mind that your purpose is not something new per se - you've actually been cultivating it for quite some time...

  • What would you like to spend your time working on?

  • How would you like to manage your minutes for the next 1 year, 2 year, 3 year, 4, year, and 5 year? Scale the question back to weeks, days and months.

  • Challenge yourself to your maximum - get out of the minimalist way of thinking - dare to explore, "what is the maximum amount of responsibility I can handle?"

  • Keep Sowing Seeds. Care for them. Nourish them.

A few final words from Osho on your Flowering Here.:

Your life should reach to others. Your blissfulness, your benediction, your ecstasy should not be contained within you like a seed. It should open like a flower and spread its fragrance to all and sundry - not only to the friends but to the strangers too.

This is real compassion, this is real love: sharing your enlightenment, sharing your dance of the beyond.
