A Not so late Introduction
My short(ish?) Introduction
Hello steemit community,please bare with me for a while, I am @jamesanity06 or you can simply call me James. I have been on steemit for some time now(4 days according to steemd.com). What really brought me into this wonderful community I couldn't remember clearly, but what is clear to me is that I am in an extra ordinary social media platform right this very moment. I enjoy reading various posts on different topics, I enjoy viewing all those wonderful photos posted by so many users, but what amazes me the most is the quality of the posts you get to read here(mostly if not all). Not so many social media offers this kind of satisfaction to me and meets my taste and standards since most platforms are flooded with vanity, egoism, narcissism and profanity. But most of all, what amuses me is the support you get from random strangers commenting on your posts, and the warm welcome you get from people you don't know personally. There are also communities that welcomes you with open arms into their circle. What I personally like about this community is you get to share your insights, thoughts, talents and funny posts without the of bashers ruining your little enjoyment or happiness.
Sneak-peek
I'll show you here a little sneak-peek of my family during our Tagaytay escapade.
Tagaytay is one of the many tourist destination our country, the Philippines has to offer. People often go to Tagaytay during the summer because of the climate, it's one of the "cold" destinations in our country aside from Baguio which is also another tourist destination.
A steemian? A blogger? A poet?

My curation focus is on fairly new Steemit users who don't speak English as a first or primary language, but who are writing and posting in English.
I search new posts in the #introducemyself and #introduceyourself tags daily, and try to dedicate at least 50% of my article curation to new Steemit members who meet the above focus criteria. My goal is to discover and curate an average of 5 new Steemit users per day.
I follow each person I curate because it is very encouraging for a new member to see their following grow.
25% of my daily curation is dedicated to upvoting, resteeming and commenting on new articles posted by the Steemit users I am following. If you have written an article that you think is particularly good, you can direct message me a link to it in Steemit.chat (look at the bottom of the Steemit menu for the chat link.)
I also curate comments from all Steemit users. I look to reward comments and replies which stand out as having thoughtful insight, offer benefit to the community at large and reflect the unique personality of the commenter.
I aim to keep my voting strength between 90-100%, and give a 100% upvote whenever possible, voting 10-15 times per day.

@originalworks also hosts a weekly writing contest, so follow @originalworks if you are interested in practicing your writing skill, and possibly earning some extra Steem.
