Os presento a Zoe /I present to you Zoe

Después de unos días realizando el título que veis con este nombre, por fin os puedo presentar a la que lleva acompañándome durante poco más de dos años: ZOE. 

After a few days making the title you see with this name, we can finally present to which has been accompanying me for little more than two years: ZOE.

Zoe es mi gatita. Recuerdo el día que supe de ella. Yo estaba como de costumbre en la sala de maestros, en aquel momento en un colegio de Burriana (Castellón), disponiéndome a almorzar cuando de repente sonó mi móvil. Me llamaba un número que no conocía y supuse que era o alguien que se había equivocado o alguna persona queriéndome vender algo. 

Zoe's my kitten. I remember the day I heard about her. I was as usual in the teacher's room, at that time at a school in Burriana (Castellón), having lunch when my phone suddenly rang. He called me a number I didn't know, and I figured it was or someone who was wrong or some person me sell something.

Estaba equivocada en cierta manera. Cuando descolgué resultó ser una amiga de mi tía. Me llamaba porque mi tía le había dicho que yo iba buscando un gato para adoptarlo. Mi cara no pudo más que reflejar sorpresa porque en ningún momento yo había comentado el hecho de querer tener mascota. 

I was wrong in a way. When I took off I turned out to be a friend of my aunt. She called me because my aunt had told her that I was looking for a cat to adopt him. My face could only reflect surprise because at no time had I commented on the fact of wanting to have a pet.

No obstante y a pesar que se lo comenté, también le dije que me mandara fotos de los cachorros que me había comentado. Y ahí fue cuando la vi. 

However, although I mentioned it, I also told her to send me pictures of the puppies that She had commented. And that's when I saw her.

Ésta fue la foto con la que cambié totalmente de opinión y pensé que igual era una buena idea compartir mi vida con algo así de bonito.

This was the photo with which I totally changed my mind and thought it was a good idea to share my life with something that beautiful.

Ya estaba casi decidido, iría ver a los cachorros para hacerme a la idea pero sólo a verlos, claro.

I was almost decided, I would go see the puppies to get to the idea but only to see them, of course.

Marisa, que así se llama la chica que me llamó fue la que me dijo que si iba a verlos, me la llevaría, sin duda. 

Marisa, thus called the woman who called me was  told me that if I went to see them, it would take her me, no doubt.

Y sin más, Zoe y yo empezamos a compartir nuestras vidas juntas. Marisa tenía razón, si iba no me iría sin ella. 

And no more, Zoe and I started sharing our lives together. Marisa was right, if I was going I wouldn't go without her.

Antes de ponerle el nombre, estuve debatiéndolo con mi hermana. Tuve tres opciones apuntadas durante los días previos a verla y llevármela a casa. Pero en cuanto la vi, supe que su nombre tenía que ser Zoe. Este nombre tiene origen griego y se puede traducir como "Vida". Además, he leído que en algunas versiones del antiguo testamento llamaban a Eva de esta manera como origen del significado "Vida". 

Before naming it, I was it with my sister. I had three options pointed out during the days before seeing her and take home. But as soon as I saw her, I knew her name had to be Zoe. This name has Greek origin and can be translated as "life". In addition, I have read that in some versions of the Old Testament they called Eve in this way as the origin of the meaning "life".

La verdad es que antes de que Zoe entrara en mi vida no había sabido lo que es querer tanto a un animal,a pesar de que durante 6 años tuve una ninfa llamada Sira. Zoe me ha hecho apreciar los animales de una manera que no conocía y me alegro muchísimo de haber recibido esa llamada aquel día. 

The truth is that before Zoe entered my life I had not known what it is to love an animal, even though I had a nymph called Sira for 6 years. Zoe has made me appreciate the animals in a way I didn't know and I'm so glad I received that call that day.

Si es que no se puede ser más bonita. Eso sí, tengo que decir que muerde tanto que a veces pienso que es un perro en el cuerpo de una gata. 

She can not be prettier. However, I have to say he bites so much that sometimes I think she's a dog in the body of a cat.

Esta es la breve historia de la reina de la casa. Ahora os dejo con alguna de las fotos que tengo de ella y que hacen que me enamore cada día más si eso es posible. 

This is the brief history of the Queen of the House. Now I leave you with some of the photos I have of her and that make me fall in love every day more if that is possible.
