There's a reason Steem Power deserves it's own post, and wasn't mentioned in the Crypto Options post. BOOM!!

Basically, Steem Power is the same thing as STEEM (1:1 ratio) which is POWERED UP, by locking it into your account! Never before has HODLING been so properly incentivized, because Steem Power allows you to have a MUCH better Steemit account!

Steem Power is one of the most interesting things to ever be introduced into the crypto world! There are 2 things that determine how well you will do on Steemit: The quality of your posts, and your STEEM POWER!

It is VERY important that you AT LEAST make it to the second stage of user on Steemit (represented by a slightly larger, yellow fish). You can find out what level you are by typing your username into Steemitboard.com!

This is what my Steemit board looks like. I made it MY GOAL TO REACH THIS YELLOW FISH LEVEL, which I believe requires 500 Steem Power (SP). Please correct me if I'm mistaken! You can earn that via making awesome posts and comments, or you can INVEST into your Steemit account by buying SP via your built in wallet. Please comment any questions if you have any because this is complicated stuff!

What's really awesome about being at this yellow fish level is that you can CHOOSE what % of your voting power you want to use. Until you get to the yellow fish stage, you always vote 100%, but when you become a yellow fish, you can select between 1% and 100% (; This is very useful and lets you further prioritize your voting!

Basically, what you need to realize, is that STEEMIT is one of the MOST UNDERRATED websites out there, and therefore, an amazing opportunity. Right now is the BEST TIME TO POWER UP YOUR STEEMIT ACCOUNT!!!

Once the price of Steem rises substantially, the FOMO will kick in for most people, and by that time it will be MUCH, MUCH HARDER TO POWER UP, do to the process costing more or taking many, many more post/comment rewards.

Also, when people see you're a slightly larger fish, you will just have a better rep on here in general (; people respect people who HOLD STEEM POWER, because holding your Steem in STEEM POWER PREVENTS THE PRICE OF STEEM GOING DOWN TOO MUCH! If we all hold, the only thing that can drive the price of Steem down is inflation, and Steemit Founder, @dantheman, has that on lock, allowing 9.5% inflation/mining for this year, then .5% less with each year, so essentially, there will only be inflation in Steem for 18 years, and it is a decreasing scale, which is genius, and the COMPLETE OPPOSITE of what central banks are doing, which is inflating all day, erry day (;
