Step away from the sugar!

imageSugar needs chromium and other minerals in order for ones body to properly digest sugar. REFINED sugar has the chromium and other minerals removed to make it pretty and white! The body then needs to rob it's stores of chromium and minerals in order to digest the sugar. After a while the mineral stores are GONE!!! That is diabetes and other diseases.
