Welcome to our 18th episode of the bearkid series exclusive only here at Steemit. A photo shoot with my lovely daughter @bearkid. Every Friday we travel, tell stories, cook, share about life and culture. In our previous episode bearkid demanded four doughnuts to be offered instead of three. This is the result of questioning the wishes of the Titan. If the doughnuts are not brought before the sun sets, destruction will come upon the inhabitants.

Bearkid the Titan "Uprising"

After the unpleasant encounter with the Titan. The inhabitants felt hopeless as it was impossible to provide four doughnuts before the sun sets. All of their resources were already consumed with the offering they provided. The resources they have left is just enough to feed the community and without it they will also perish.

"What shall be do? If we offer the resources we have left we will perish as well. If we do not provide the doughnuts destruction will come to us and we will be crushed by the angry Titan."

"It is hopeless we do not have a choice. If we make the doughnuts it is still not enough to make four. We are doomed and no one can save us now."

From the shadows there is a figure who is listening to the anguish of the inhabitants. Their cries has been heard by a mysterious hero from an unknown land.

Slowly the mysterious hero came out of the shadows. Like a beam of light he appeared before the inhabitants as a ray of hope to their dilemma.

The hero looked at each one of them and said, "I am the hero from the unknown land and I have heard your cries. I have come from the shadows to aid you to fight the Titan who plagues your land."

Everyone was silenced by the words of the hero. The hero raised his weapon up high and said, "I have brought weapons with me and together we will get rid of this monster from your land."

After those words a loud cheer came out from the inhabitants which sparked an ember of hope.

"Look at all these weapons that the hero has brought with him. We these we will surely win this battle."

The weapons were distributed among each of the inhabitants. Each one carefully selecting their weapon of choice. They armed themselves and prepared for the long journey to the mountain of the Titan.

Carrying the weapons which were provided by the hero. They began their journey with renewed strength and hope.

The tools that would end the long suffering which the inhabitants endured. But are they really prepared for the fury of Bearkid the Titan?

The slavery they endured has hardened them and forced them to become warriors. With a quest for freedom they pushed thru the long journey.

Finally they have reached the mountain of the Titan. A place that they know so well as many offerings has been brought here throughout the years. They stand in silence waiting for the Titan to appear.

After a long silence the ground shook and rocks from the mountain began to move. Slowly the fluffy ears of bearkid began to emerge.

Then followed by the frightening giggle of the Titan

"I am hungry and you have come but I do not see the four doughnuts which I demanded from you."

The giant hand of bearkid appeared as if getting ready to fully awaken.

The hero answered and said, " Your tyranny will end today. I have come from an unknown land and heard the cries of the inhabitants. There will be no more offerings to you. We will remove you from this land."

Bearkid answered, " You fool! Do you not see that I can simply crush you all like a pancake. You have angered me more and now you shall face the wrath of Bearkid the Titan!"

Bearkid looked down on the inhabitants and said, "Since you did not bring the offering all of you will be my snack today."

After those words bearkid gave out a shivering laugh with gave fear to the inhabitants.

The hero unafraid answered, "Today you shall have no snack and we will make you leave this land forever."

The hero looked upon his comrades and said to them, "Get ready everyone for battle. Today will be the day of your liberation and your bravery will be remembered forever!"

Bearkid raised her giant fist and said, "You have brought this on yourselves, I will make the ground shake and send you flying to the sky."

The giant hand of the Titan reached for one of the inhabitants.

Again reaching with her left hand grabbed another one of the warriors.

Without a chance two of them were caught in the hands of the Titan. With no escape, breathing heavily the two warriors does not know what will happen next. Their fate is in the hands of the angry Titan. What will happen next?
