Cowardice 24
Adolash ran away from the scene by blasting the ground with his magic. The blast made a smoke screen fo dust and air that made him unseeable for the moment.
Adolash rushes towards Challejahs place to pick her up and escape. Inside Adolash, even the situation is confusing, he already accepted the death threat as a reality, a fact that he needs to face.
"Challejah!", Adolash shouts as he run. Adolash knows how influential and powerful his father is. He also knows that cause of this situation, Challejah is in trouble.
Adolash opens the door in Challejah's place and saw no Challejah. Instead, Adolash saw a note that tells him to go to the fortress.
Adolash then goes to Rappa. Rappa is an elder of the Anurbic, most elders are given the adviser position once they've reach a millenium in age.
Rappa is an important person to Adolash, he is the one that trained, taught and named Adolash. To make it short, Rappa is more of a father to Adolash.
Adolash was feeling the panic of the situation. He felt more afraid than a child would feel once a child is threatened or scared off. Adolash just doesn't know what to do if something happens to Challejah.
To his shock and despair, Adolash saw Rappa in a really undesirable state when he reached him.
"Adolash", Rappa spoke with great difficulty.
"Rappa, don't talk, conserve your mana and energy. I'll make an elixir that will fix you", Adolash says while searching for ingredients in Rappa's drawers and closets.
"Adolash,"
"Don't worry, I'll make it, I know how to do it, we have everything we need..."
"I will not be able to make it", Rappa speaks with his weak voice.
"No"
"Listen--Adolash--protect", these are Rappa's last words before he perishes. Adolash now is in painful tears.
