#steemwars Day 1

#steemwars went off like a frog in a sock! And unfortunately I can't draw everything! Also I need to start these earlier.

After eavesdropping on radio frequencies just happening to overhear the transmission from @sirknight I headed over to see how the invasions were going. On the way I passed Sergeant Scooter perusing through intelligence gathered on his latest recon mission:

Meanwhile things were not going so well for TeamAus on the Philippine front:

Many NPCs were lost to smog, a polluted river and the breathtakingly beautiful #teamphilippines locals.

#teamusa threw up a formidable musical defence managing to summon the power of the elements through bands from each of the participating countries which caused much chaos and confusion.

Undercover Brother was far removed from it all, on a top secret mission in a top secret location...to acquire party ice?! o_O

It was mildly puzzling til I did another pass and was violently blown off course by Private Shazza getting rid of a spider in the outhouse.

I slammed made a successful emergency landing into the tray of a ute containing multiple canned beverages and realised what the party ice was for.

After a quick reprieve I discovered that TeamUSA and TeamPhilippines had each sent a superhero team at TeamAus. This was not that surprising considering what TeamAus has to deal with on a daily basis (see above). However they were unexpectedly met by Sapper Gohba who had at them with an agonising chemical joke.

Things were starting to heat right up when all of a sudden Private Arlybear wandered into the fray as if in a trance bearing (ahem) a mighty talisman

that ripped open the fabric of time and space!
