Got some Prizes Today
A while back @owenwat reached a milestone here on steemit. When he gained 500 followers he decided to do a give away. Since then he has gained some and actually has over 700 followers now so congrats on that buddy. Anyways... He decided to give away a piece of silver and I turned out to be the lucky winner!
Now it took a while since he lives in the UK but I never lost faith. However I definitely got more and more excited in anticipation as the days passed.
I really liked the personal touches he added! That's the list of all the people who were entered into the contest. A lot of good friends from #steemsilvergold on this list! Sorry guys, but thanks for playing.

So this thing is a Victorian Silver Half Crown. It is 92.5% silver and weighs a little less than a half oz. The really cool thing is it checks two things off my silver list.
The first is this is my first coin from the 1800s. This thing is from 1890 and I'd say looks pretty good for us age. Second it is my first British coin. Needles to say I'm awfully excited.
I also picked up another prize I won in a raffle today. But I'll have to share that later. Here's a hint that one goes pew!

I'm so glad it arrived safely I'm always a bit worried as they do sometimes go missing in transit when sent via basic uninsured post. I'm really glad you like it bud congrats again!! :-)
