Good day dear @tasteem, Steemians and food lovers. This week I would like to bring you to a restaurant that serves Bak Kut Teh which is located at Donggongon town, Penampang. The place is just about 30 minutes drive from Kota Kinabalu City. The restaurant is actually operated on two sessions, one is day time - 6 AM to 5 PM and another is night session - 5 PM to 10 PM. I'm going to highlight the night session here as this is where the delightful Bak Kut Teh is served.

馬蹄酥它是用上等麵粉、赤豆為原料,再加上果仁,用糯米發酵後製成的。因為成品四周比較厚、中間薄、形狀像馬蹄而得名。它口感又酥、又鬆、又軟,而且色香味俱佳,深受廣大消費者的喜愛。




Of Pots, Old Chairs and Pathways Around My Paragis by @immarojas (#steemph)

With my mom's on and off cough after her stroke...her use of Paragis is constant now for its' respiratory anti-inflammatory effect. And for that, i have been watching our usage in the house. It didn't help when our occasional helper pulled out a lot of it, and my brother removed a few when cleaning a corner for our eggplants and tomato seedlings. Seriously. One good thing that came out from those pulling-out time was that, our helper now know the health benefits of Paragis after getting a lecture from me. It's tasteless so people should not have a problem drinking it.
