Focus On Trading With Sounds
What do you listen to when you trade? Do you listen to music?
I have always wondered the effects of music on people's performance on certain activities, of which trading happens to entice me the most. Because it is essential to be emotionless and objective during trading, and this is a skill I'm still developing, I've looked to music to offset any emotions.
One of the best aspects of trading is the freedom that comes with it. Being able to trade when you want and where you want is awesome. Trading can take a few hours of the day depending on the style, and from there with your orders set and risk management on point, the day is yours to conquer.
Correct risk management strategies also happen to be correct time management strategies. Without proper risk management, you cannot "go to sleep on your trade", meaning it is too stressful to not stay at the computer. This is usually due to too large of a position size. Essentially, once risk management becomes part of an everyday system, trading becomes a lot easier.
