86 Members & over 4000 STEEM in the Steemprentice Crowd Guild in just under two weeks!
Still growing at a steady pace. Two members have made maximum contributions of 1000 STEEM each. Big thank you to everyone that has helped this idea come to life.

Thank you to everyone that joined already and expressed joining soon and startup support. Everyone has been added to the list to be eligible for upvotes, curation share dividends, and an MVP ranking for potential rewards from part of curation rewards received by @steemprentice to be shared with crowd guild members.
If interested in joining please send 11.6+ STEEM (POWER) to @steemprentice. Usually within 24 hours you will be added to the membership list. Any amounts of SBD received will be considered donations towards #steemprentice projects. Current maximum accepted investment is 1000 STEEM (POWER). For every 11.6 STEEM invested members will receive one share which will receive a share of curation rewards. These shares may be redeemed for STEEM as a way to optionally cash out of the #steemprentice crowd guild. This way STEEM POWER and growth is preserved. Currently you may get back your initial contributed/donated amount over time as the crowd guild can afford as such buy backs will ideally come from STEEM reserves to preserve STEEM POWER level.
At the end of the month curation awards will be shared to investors as dividends (50%), (re)invested in STEEM POWER (25%), and partially distributed to the top (four) MVPs (Most Valueable Posters) (25%).
Also open to the idea of users writing posts for the @steemprentice account to help increase the SP earned by the account. Authors may choose to receive 0 or 50% of SBD/STEEM earned by the post's 1st payout.
Interested in some people writing about resources and tools that are used by members in the steemprentice group that help users of all levels learn and improve their potential skills and post payouts.

@steemprentice is following a curation trail of a top curator ( @ats-david ) after reading his post: An Easy Way to Earn Better Curation Rewards. Voting power will be lower while trying this out. Curation awards will be reviewed and adjustments made to combine value of some manual curation and also of our crowd guild members.
Voting power percentages are starting to be adjusted to account for curation rewards earned to increase individual and collective value while providing value and goal of joining the crowd guild and making our MVP list.

Do you count shares at the time of payment or continually?
I ask it because the price of a share is growing (I expected it) and while we have to reward early birds IMO, the new users maybe find the share count confusing.
E.g. they see a share is 11.6 STEEM while the user, @tibonova has 1 share but has spent only 10 STEEM. ;)
Maybe you just need to write the number of shares and not the STEEM, since it's on the blockchain if someone is curious. OR make a new column with "Average price of a share". OR anything that you can do to cease the confusion. :)
The intention was for people to pay more over time. But many still only paid 10. So the first share is going to be 10 with shares afterwards being more. Apologize for the confusion. Share (

I've watched his payouts. I've lost 20 in a row with him. Over a million to one odds on this. Even ones he marked me winning I never got paid. Others are saying it too. He IS scamming people.
