Let me add some references to understand the content better in Korean.
이 만화의 포인트는 일단 여기 나오는 인물들의 표정 그 자체입니다.
하지만 좀 더 잘 이해하려면 약간의 설명이 필요하겠군요.
(1)
우선 메인 진행자 제프(Jeff Berwick), 은 스팀에서 가장 인기높고 "존경"받는 무정부자본주의의 대부이지요. 아이디는 @dollarvigilante 입니다.

(2) 톤베이즈 (Tone Vays) 하고 인터뷰 내용이 나오는데요. 비트코인 신봉자인 톤이 스팀을 졸라 까는 내용입니다. 사실 서로 딴 애기만 하고 있지요. 이걸 비꼰 만화가 여기 있습니다.

그 만화 중간에 오른 쪽 구석에 자꾸 나오는 인물은 조지라고 하는 사람입니다. 이 친구 주장에 의하면 칠레사막에다 자유주의들을 위한 꿈의 거주단지를 조성한다고 해서 10밀리언 달러어치 땅을 선량한 자유주의자들에게 팔아먹은 사기극이 있었는데, 제프가 여기의 주모자가 아닌가 하는 의혹이 있으니, 자신에게 모든 정황자료를 전부 보내라, 내가 의혹이 있는지 없는지 끝까지 추적해서 밝히겠다는 것이었습니다.

트럼프한테 스팀잇을 설명하는데, 딴거는 하나도 못 알아먹고, "보안"이라는 말에 눈이 번쩍 뜨여서 스팀잇 주변에 장벽을 쳐서 아무도 거기 무슨 일이 나는지 접근을 못하게 하겠다는 내용입니다. 즉 정보차단을 비꼬는 내용입니다.

No problem. It seems you lost whales' support. Considering your reputation score and the number of votes, the payput is very unreasonable. What happened to the relationship between you and whales? This kind of translation effort should be encouraged if they want more users from non English countries.
They don't like my sense of humor I guess. But I'm happy that a lot of you do!
I'm not here to please whales. If I were, I would be posting some bland comic that offended no one and strayed away from controversy. But that's not my style. I'm here to try to make the most people as possible laugh, think and possibly offend a few who deserve to be lampooned. ;)

@rainchen, the english one was already posted a few days ago. A korean fan translated it, so @tuck-fheman posted it for his korean fans.
