Sharpening My Teeth For 10 - 15 Cent STEEM
Hi Steem boys and girls
This was originally supposed to be an entertaining review of John Wick 3 and my first test of AAA tribe but alas busy.org is down which is where I kept the draft of that post, lol FML
Looks like the latest Tether FUD has taken BTC down a bit of a spiral and due to the consolidation value is now leaking out of the cryptocurrency space. BTC knocks down a number of support lines and is taking alts with it, a simple look at coinmarketcap will show you we're all in the red and i'm loving it.
The current market cup is $83,996,986 USD with $2,092,511 USD being traded over the last day. That's around 30 million off the market cape in the last month, and people continue to flood the market with steem, I ain't mad at em, get out at these prices must be painful but to each their own.
I hope to give it a new home in my wallet soon. I just want to make sure all the STEEM being rejected find a place where they can be safely powered up and loved.

If STEEM hits $0.15
I'm going to buy so much damn STEEM that I will start my own Tribe and SCOT token and its going to be called Muscle Tribe of Danger and Excellence.
No seriously though, I think SCOTs are a pretty cool tool and I'd like to experiment with it, really have no expectations on what it will be I just think that it could be a fun tool to play around with and try to on board new users.
If STEEM hits $0.10
I think I would be tempted to power up all the way to Dolphin and then really get into the thick of the action with some delegating and being more active about how I use my Steem Power.
Stake up, Cake up!
In the mean time, I've begun to power up every bit of STEEM I get along with all the SCOTs, SBD I'm trading for STEEM Power and its all going into the vault baby.

The last BTC run was pretty exciting and I'm sure many cashed out and got their just rewards for HODL'ing but I didn't see the point in doing that just yet. I wasn't happy with my return on my bags so I'll keep HODL'ing and staking ready for the next wave.
If we ever do ATH again, I want to do it right, I want to do it in a way that I can at least enjoy my returns and have plenty to reinvest in the dip like a insane person.
What are your plans? Will you be investing or will you continue to interact and earn? Will you decide to leave? I like to hear what others think everyone sees the price differently

So many new alt coins, and Steem-Engine.... so exciting.......and then every coin is tied to the price of BTC!
Just like the DJIA when something big goes down EVERYTHING goes down!
Most of this fear is related to Facebook Libra and comments from the Fed.
Then Trump jumped on the I hate crypto bandwagon, and everyone is dumping and running for cover.
In a month someone will make a positive comment and everyone will come running back.....

Yeah it’s crazy the amount of innovation going on here right now, I can hardly keep up! When I got here two years ago it was only s blogging platform and prices were high and I was like I’ll never be a big account
Now there’s so much to do and I can earn a reasonable amount of stake for my efforts I really can’t complain!
I forgot about the whole trump thing yes that too and there was a recent exchange hack also I can’t remember which one! Lol never short of drama in the crypto world

I have been here 1 1/2 years, I survived HF-20 Lol...,
I know a lot of the coins on Steem-Engine may not amount to much, but many will grow this Blockchain.
Just the fitnesses Dapp @actifit will be huge if insurance companies see that people using this Will be healthier, translating to possible lower cost/rates.
My oldest son works for a large oil refinery and they give him and his wife FitBit watches and if they hit 10,000 steps averaged per day there premium is lowered.
This is just one Dapp....... exciting times, and BTC drops and Steem follows Lol!

Steem is altcoin and can not surrvive with that marketing..
We'll see, I think there are plenty of coins that won't survive in the top 100 and there will be an alt consolidation. There are so many projects holding value and doing nothing really
I was just yesterday evening looking at the rates and I also made the conclusion that I will buy some Steem when it hits 0.15 USD.
Nice, glad to see I'm not the only one hyped about the possibility. What do you plan to do with the steem you buy? Be more active? Delegate? Buy SCOT tokens to stake?
I'm just going to Power Up with them as I do not huge amount of Steem in my account. But hopefully up upvotes gets beneficial for others when Steem gets stronger
Ah I’m glad you have so much faith in steem there’s so many FUD’rs and nay sayers so always good to see a fellow steemian still believing in what’s going on here and we’ll just having fun with the platform!

I think around 0.18 we should see it turn around but who knows with BTC now. Lol still going to be a fun ride. I really hope I get to start that tribe :P

Do you have any plans on what you will do with your stake? Any projects you looking at delegating to? Or just preparing for HF 21 making sure you have more stake to earn on curation?
I have some delegated to actifit, steemleo, wherein and a couple of little bit's else where. I've bought some palcoins and sportstalk to support them and earn from curating.

I think you'll be able to do both of these things as people sell off to fund their steemfest adventures. Happens every year.
Ah I forgot about selling for steem fest yeah it would make sense some people would try to power down and sell to fund the trip

It’s funny how a currency with so many applications are getting dumped and then their are alts people are just hodling with no use, hardly any dev work done and a slightly active community still holding value lol well then again nothing in this space makes sense

Absolutely agree. I look through the Top 200 and see perhaps 50 tokens / coins with a use case. Competition is an excellent thing - and there's not much for Steem.

Funny you mention po.et I actually bought some and flipped it during the run in 2017 and made a decent return I didn’t even know there was a platform behind it lol
I haven’t checked out the other competitors apart from Trybe and publish0x and they’re nothing to run home to!
Also all those steem clones like Weku and Whaleshares I don’t get what they up to either but hey to each their own! Find your space somewhere bur I doubt they doubt any better than this place
Indeed Things like these take years to catch on, by the time everyone wakes up and this thing gets critical mass I want to be sitting pretty and welcome normies with open arms
