The steemjet is a community with diverse network of talents working with a common goal for steem global adoption ,in order for peaceful coexistence between Spaceforces it is imperative we establish ethical codes.

The code contains general guidelines for conuducting the activities of the community and all of its direct and indirect accounts consistent with the highest standard of ethics. It is critical as spaceforce delegates you are familiar with the content.
The community is committed to fostering a positive, constructive space where employees treat one another with respect and appreciate their differences code explains who we are, what we believe, how we achieve and where we aspire to go. It establishes an understanding not for only delegates but for all who interact with the community.

ETHICAL DECISION MAKING

Every day, we make both big and small decisions that impact our community results and reputation individually or collectively, when faced with ethical dilemma, the best course of action is not always clear.
Most times our decisions are clouded by emotions, Spaceforce members should go through the ethical decision making process before making any major decisions which would affect the community.

The ethical decision-making process is a series of questions that you should ask yourself anytime you are not sure how to proceed when faced with an ethical dilemma. The answers to these questions can lead you to the best course of action.

CONDUCT

It is the jet policy that no one on the spaceforce should ever be subject to discrimination on the basis of Race, sex, religion and steeempower. Any complaints regarding discrimination should be reported to the boss @dimimp or the spaceforce HR department.

Though there has been an observation that the ideas and advice of those in lower spaceforce are often overlooked by the Spaceforce 1 members, it may be as a result of the approach in presenting the ideas to the HODs which may conflict the interest of the members so before proposing any idea speak to the appropriate head of departments.

Sir @dimimp, when hiring please tell the new higher to report to the head of department and work with them to prevent conflicting ideas and similar proposals for the same goal.

Pay For Performance Using The Proof Of Brain Concept

Pay for performance philosophy; payment in liquid steem and promotion is administered in a manner that helps maintain a competitiveness in the community and attract and retain high caliber spaceforce members, providing incentive and reward excellence.

CONFLICT OF INTEREST

Ethical dilemma often arise as the unintended consequences of well-intentioned actions. Our decisions must be objective, we shouldn't allow personal bias or outside interests- financial, political and social- to influence our decisions compromises our integrity.

Conflict of interest occur when our personal or financial interests are in conflict or even appear to create a conflict- with your duties and responsibilities within the spaceforce.

Those newly hired are brimming with ideas and proposals which often conflict with the HODs plan, there has been several cases of conflicting interest.
Those at the top of the Spaceforce should try to explain the situation on ground to new members, our decisions to follow the advice and ideas presented should be purely objective and not subjective.
In order to secure our position and interest, we often make subjective decisions which may compromise our integrity

It is necessary to avoid any investment, interest, association or activity that may cause others to doubt our fairness or integrity or our ability to perform duties objectively.
