How Much Prepared Are You To Be Successful On Steemit?

Welcoming you folks back to my blog today as we discuss another vital topic which has to do with being successful on this awesome platform. We all love the Steem blockchain and it is our hope to see the price of Steem pump up to that of those strong coins out there. But how much are you prepared to be successful on Steemit?

Even when there is price pump, the only people that will benefit from it are the ones that have invested their money, time and everything they have got to the blockchain. I mean those guys who are so devoted to this platform. Those who have undiluted passion for Steemit.

There are different categories of bloggers on Steemit. We have the ones that blog regularly and keep tab with different pages available here. They check the trending pages to see the trendy posts and learn from those big boys whose posts are always at the top of the trending pages. They also check their feeds to see the posts from those people they are following - this category of bloggers are true lovers of this platform and are bound to be successful even when they do not want to (who doesn't want to be successful on Steemit after all? #chuckles).

Another category of bloggers on Steemit houses those that are after making quick money. Why don't they just go for money ritual instead!? These type of bloggers come in when the price of Steem is high as they understand fully how this affects how much their posts make. When the value of Steem is high, Steem Power is affected positively and posts get better and higher rewards. But can these set of people be successful on Steemit? Take that your beloved cup of coffee (unless you are Muslim and you are fasting during this month of Ramadan) and stay with me.

We understand how difficult it is to make decent earnings on Steemit. Especially when the value of Steem is low. Whales and Dolphins who have been here for a long time, that have friends among the big boys (whales) or are within curation trails are the ones that are not too affected when the value of Steem is low. Regardless of how bad it might be, they would still be making some dough right here. Do you know how they became this fortunate?

Because they are persistent!

One thing you need to understand as a Minnow is that every of these whales passed through that difficult path - being a Minnow. They felt the pains you do. There posts were getting $0 for a while (if not a long time). They were not being noticed despite giving the community high quality well spiced posts. They were frustrated, as much as you are. But they never gave up. They believed in themselves and gave nothing less than everything. They were so devoted. They kept writing despite earning close to nothing.

And the time came when their hard work started rewarding them. They began to get noticed. People started following them so as to be getting keeping tab with their updates. The tide changed. Everything changed. They started earning amazing rewards. And in time, they got to where they are today. They became celebrities as everyone wants to be like them. But could everyone endure what the hardship they faced?

I am also like you. I am frustrated as I only get close to $0 on my posts regardless of how much efforts I put in writing them. There was a time I started plagiarising as I was tired of taking my time to create posts and still get nothing out of them. But I realised how much this is damaging me and my reputation.

Steemit tests you to see if you are worthy of getting out of her milk. It challenges your passion towards it. It sure sends to you lots of hardship.

But the persistent ones make it eventually.
