Recycling: Toiletpaper rolls for educational purposes
Recycling: Toiletpaper rolls for educational purposes
Today one of our teachers asked what she can do with a lot of toiletpaper rolls that she received from one of her parents. Well, I learned two things today
- Not all teachers are born pre-k teachers, some are put their for a lot of various reasons.
- Some teachers are practical and some are creative.
Being a pre-k and special education teacher I knew we always had some interesting ideas on what we could do with certain products, but her question got me thinking of what else I could do with the empty toiletpaper rolls.
What skills will be used?
When doing the activities the following skills will develop:
- Planning skills: The learner will have to plan ahead what they want to create with the empty toiletrolls.
- Visualization: The learners' visualize their plan on what they want to create.
- Creating: The learners use the visualization skills and planning skills to create the product.
