Note:

For a post that has been paid out and cannot yield rewards anymore, you can proceed to wallet to redeem it. You redeem in your wallet after seven days because your rewards will be available to collect.

Q. How much does it amount to and in naira?

A. Your estimated account value is the value of your steemit account in us dollars. You can't remove that. For the estimated account value, you can use steemdollar.com (to check the value of steem or steem dollar).

Q. What brings your voting power down and how can it be recharged?

A. Upvoting brings down your voting power. You'll wait for it to come up. It charges itself 20% every 24 hours. Visit steemnow.com.

Q. What about the claim rewards?

A. That only comes up when your post is seven days old. steem.supply and steemnow.com are tools to track all of this. Just put in your username.

Q.But after the seven days, can I decide not to collect it?

A. Yea, you will redeem and the dollars or the sp will go to ur wallet.

Q. I'm new on steemit and I don't know how people can get to see my content. I don't know what else to do. I have used the tags, still people don't see me. What do you think I can do? (asked @⁨Paulobacter⁩).

A. You steemit journey will be beautiful depending on how you go about it. You should slide under people's comment sections to be noticed. You may also target those among rep 58+. For the newbies, rep refers to your reputation as you grow on steemit. All reps start from 25.
Thanks to @aderonkemi and @aauthespian1.

**Let's see what the boss, @destinysaid has to say on this.**

@destinysaid communicated that: "Reputation becomes harder to acquire the higher you go. Rep 25-45 is really easy to get, in a single day you can grow that high. 45-55 is a bit challenging, you basically have to be active. However, if you spent more than a more here, then you're likely an inactive person. For 55-60 be rest assured that those here are knowledgable to an extent. For rep between "60 and above" are those who got it by two means:

  1. They are lucky and got a couple of big votes, such as celebrities, or big YouTube reps etc.
  2. They struggled hard, learning the intricacies of steemit, learning to crawl, walk, run, fly.
Not everyone here earns big, the main goal is not to chase Rep, it does absolutely nothing.
I know of at least 6 people with rep 70 that make <$20 per post."
What a well detailed response he gave. Bravo!

Note:

There are many discordapp server channels that can help you grow. Read this post properly to learn more.
Friends and relationships built on Steemit will help you survive. People quit because of low upvote Discord is helpful in this aspect. Thanks to @dante31 for this awesome info. No wonder @winifred called him "Lecturer in strategy, teacher of bloggers, trader in blockchain, escape route for g-boys" 😂😂. I'm so proud having such a mentor.

AN EXCERPT FROM @DANTE31 's LECTURE:

The fastest way to grow on steemit is to read, research and review. Steemit rewards value. All you need to know is up on the internet...with a simple magic trick. Search engines.Google our best friend. Check out FAQ on Steemit. Brace yourself for the changing world. We are the early birds. Early birds on Twitter... are now influencers. Marking money from promotions etc. Early birds on steemit will hit it big... This year is a game changer on Steemit with the recent developments. Steemit is a huge world entirely
..we can't be talking about everything at once.

One of the ways of increasing number of upvotes depends on your network of friendship. Focus on interacting and creating quality posts too.

"And don't always think about the payout or upvotes. You can easily get discouraged. Write for fun and work hard with a pinch of patience and a drop of persistence. You would see the reward" - @⁨Bcrafts⁩

Just as @dante31 will always ask, "are you an engaging steemian? Do you make exceptional posts? What do you blog about?

Screenshot_20180114-142943.png

@aauthespian1 in one of his posts reveals that "Everyone Can Write But Not Everyone Is A Writer ".

@dante31 also said the same thing, that "Not everyone is a writer...if you force yourself to write ... your contents won't be real enough. Discover what you can deliver at your own pace. For example, as a music person, keyboardist, singer etc, you can make music covers on Steemit. @Pfunk and @luzycypher run a contest every week. Free to enter, Openmic contest, You can do vocals...play instruments in your case piano etc. Or do both vocals and instrumentals. Openmic is something people do in real life. It also gets good curation. People come to listen..if it is dope more people will come. There is a show every Sunday for it on MSP waves on discord. It is all about music, Someone comes up on stage to perform. There is also openmic songwriters. You can play something you composed as well. To submit to openmic, Go to the tag...check trending. All the information is on their post. If you have recorded songs..studio songs in audio format . You can put it up on dsound.audio If you have it on SoundCloud or Spotify add a reference link to it.

If you need any contest on Steemit.. .go to the contest tag...check trending.

We've talked about the need to make a circle of friends around you on Steemit. Doesn't matter what their rep is saying today or thier sp. Friends make you earn. Read posts of authors you like, Make good comments, They dont have to be whales or dolphins etc. A newbie can become a whale tomorrow, @dante31 said.

He continued... Rather than promoting your blog. Promote yourself. Create a persona. It's not all about the sbd of today. It is about the SBD of tomorrow.

Go to cannabis tag...some dudes are reaping massive sbd steady. Go to conspiracy, Anarchy, Discussions, Steemit-ironchef, Steemit-cartoon, Steemit openMic- this is getting abused with poor entries. Reviews, books, vlogs, documentary. Remember: Friends makes you earn. There are many platforms to engage in. Not everyone is a blogger nor a writer.

I'll like to appreciate members of the steemnaira community for their h unending support and making this post a success
