Attachment is the need to have constant attachment, it is basic to the survival of the human race since it allows socializing correctly. It is important the link with the representative figures, and this is crucial for children to see the world, others and themselves.

El apego es la necesidad de tener apego constante, es básico para la supervivencia de la raza humana ya que permite socializar correctamente. Es importante el vinculo con las figuras representantes, y esto es determinante para que los niños vean el mundo, a los demás y así mismos.

The quality of the relationship with the attachment is based on the attention, the affection, the response of the figure that is in the care of the child and the needs of the childhood, according to the abilities to respond and in this sense to be connected, allows children to understand that the world will respond to them, gaining confidence. From there, it adjusts to the emotional and physical needs, understanding how it works when something is requested and a response is obtained.

La calidad de la relación con el apego, esta primada por el cuidado, el afecto, la respuesta que se tenga por la figura que este al cuidado de del niño y de las necesidades desde la infancia, basándose en las capacidades de responder y en tal sentido de estar conectados, permite que el niños entienda que el mundo le va a responder adquiriendo confianza. Desde allí se está sintonizado con las necesidades emocionales y físicas, entendiendo como funciona cuando se solicita algo y se obtiene respuesta.

Unsafe attachment does not allow children to be safe and as a consequence it does not strengthen future learning, in addition to not allowing skills to be achieved that ensure its good development and this is discouraging.

El apego inseguro no permite que los niños sean seguros y trae como consecuencia que no se fortalezcan aprendizajes futuros además de no permitir que se logren habilidades que aseguran su buen desarrollo y esto es desalentador.

Generally insecure attachment occurs when the child has representative figures that do not give him the real importance, to what is his day to day activities, not having the necessary attention tends to lose contact with representatives, either parents, educators or caregivers. This translates into a detachment associated with rejection and lack of attention by , so the child does not show the need for them.

Generalmente el apego inseguro se da cuando el niño tienen figuras representativas que no le presta la importancia real, a lo que es su día a día en sus actividades, al no tener la atención necesaria se tiende a perder el contactos con los representantes, bien sean padres, educadores o cuidadores. Esto se traduce a un desapego asociado al rechazo y a la falta de atención por parte padres o representantes, por ello el niño no demuestra la necesidad por ellos.

The educator or representative figure is the key of the needs in all the senses, around the attachment and, basically, to everything that the development of the children implies.

El educador o figura representante es la clave para las necesidades en todos los sentidos, en torno al apego y básicamente a todo lo que involucra el desarrollo del infante.

Negative feelings.

When an unsafe bond is detected in the child, we must prepare ourselves as educators because there is work to be done, in order to develop the attachment positively.

Cuando se detecta un vínculo inseguro en el niño, debemos prepararnos como educadores porque hay trabajo que hacer. Para así desarrollar el apego positivamente.

Children must learn to control and manage their emotions, so that they can assume their own feelings and master the negatives where the negative, ones intervene mainly.

Los niños deben aprender a controlar y manejar sus emociones, para que logre asumir sus sentimientos propios y dominar los negativos donde intervienen los negativos principalmente.

• The annoyance.
• Frustration.
• The discomfort.
• Little control of emotions.

• Ira.
• Molestia.
• Frustración,

Consequences of insecure attachment.

Consecuencias del apego inseguro.

• Change of personality.
• It does not allow to mature according to their age, due to the changes that are crossed.
• It is not possible to face conflicts with the correct thinking.
• They do not have the courage to do anything.
• It leads to low self-esteem.
• Unable to acquire the necessary and elementary skills for the challenges of life.
• Always prevails anxiety and bad mood.
• Low academic performance.

• Cambio de personalidad.
• No permite madurar acorde a su edad, debido a los cambios atravesados.
• No se pueden afrontar conflictos con pensamiento correcto.
• Jamás se tiene ánimos de hacer nada.
• Lleva a la baja autoestima.
• No se logran adquirir las habilidades necesarias y elementales para los desafíos de la vida.
• Siempre prevalece la ansiedad y mal humor.
• Rendimiento académico deficiente.

When these types of consequences arise, due to insecure attachment it is important to attack the problem from the root, to help children develop their real skills.

Cuando han surgido este tipo de consecuencias por motivo del apego inseguro, es importante atacar el problema de raíz, para así poder ayudar a los niños a desarrollar sus capacidades reales.

What to do to interact with children?

• Tuning. It is how the primary caregiver of the child is aligned with the emotions of the children.
• Balance or regulation. The children will balance their mental states, through who takes care of them.
• Consistency. The caregiver must be predictable, and congruent (repeater of the same pattern).

• Sintonía. Es como el cuidador primario del niño está alineado con las emociones de los niños.
• Balance o regulación. El niños balanceara sus estados mentales, a través de quien los cuida.
• Coherencia. El cuidador debe ser predecible, y congruente (repetidor del mismo patrón).

In this way children manage to cope with their feelings and experiences, without waiting for help, becomes autonomous.

De esta manera los niños logran a sobrellevar sus sentimientos y experiencias, sin esperar que lo ayuden, se vuelve autónomo.

How do we try to change, the insecure attachment to a secure one?

¿Como tratamos de cambiar el apego inseguro a apego seguro?

There are different ways to strengthen:

• Satisfy the needs and interpret the signals.
• Keep touch.
• You must be available at all times for the child.
• Help express feelings.
• Take into account the feelings of children.
• Respond to their emotions, as well as help to identify and manage them.
• Promote autonomy.
• Comply with the commitment you have as a representative with the children.
• Support the child in his positive actions.

Hay diferentes formas de fortalecer:

• Satisfacer la necesidades, interpretando las señales.
• Manteniendo contacto.
• Estar para el niño.
• Ayudar a expresar los sentimientos.
• Tomar en cuenta los sentimientos de los niños.
• Responder a sus emociones, así como ayudar a identificarlos y gestionarlos.
• Fomentar la autonomía.
• Cumplir el compromiso que se tiene como representante con los niños.
• Apoyando al niño en sus acciones de carácter positivo.

Many things can be done that are an investment in the future of children, both personally and professionally.

Se pueden hacer muchas cosas, que son una inversión en el futuro prospero personal y profesional del niño.

It is necessary to teach the child to discern, since to the extent that children grow attachment is emotionally transformed into some insecurity and anxieties, which go hand in hand with behavioral difficulties.
