I am not sure. Just heading out of the house in a few mins....
I was raised with 3 languages as a first language. English/Spanish/Choctaw, words from each were intermingled, and why it was hard to relearn English.

One thing nobody should every have to apologize for or feel bad about -- is knowing other languages!
I don't know others and the fact you know spanish ( IDK what the 3rd one is LOL!)
means you know the 2nd most popular language in the whole world, that is great!!
The battle for me is still English, it is a hard language to have to relearn. Choctaw is part of my american indian culture.
I personally think you are doing perfectly awesome!
