My Actifit Report Card: July 8 2019
I had a fairly lazy day today with it being the first official day of the school holidays. I went for a ‘longer’ run first thing that got me the majority of my steps. I combined my Mrs Macquarie’s Chair and Darling Point routes into one longer run and over the next couple of weeks I’ll hopefully be able to build up to doing two laps of the combined course for a 20K total.
