The Greens Steem Bank Weekly Report: 27 September - 03 October 2021 | Steemit Trade deals, Investments, The Power Up Challenge, etc
The Greens’ Steem Bank is an online bank that was created by @thegreens to ease Cameroonian steemians' Steem to BTC to CFAF (Local currency) transactions as well as reduce the cost of the transactions by 50 -75%.
The principal objectives of the bank are;
- To ease Steem/SBD - CFAF transactions for Cameroonian Steemians
- To reduce the Steem/SBD withdrawal cost for Cameroonian Steemians
- To minimize the losses incurred during Steem/SBD withdrawal transactions e.g. A lot of people have made mistakes and sent SBD to Poloniex or mistakes with BTC Wallets.
- To reduce the time taken and worries associated with completing a Steem/SBD to CFAF transaction e.g. Sometimes it takes hours or days for a BTC confirmation to be complete or there may be network issues but with the bank, once Steem/SBD is deposited, the MTN Momo is credited.
- To reduce or stop the power down of Cameroonian steemians’ Steemit accounts via the provision of very low interest Steem loans (10 -13% Interest rates). We believe, if we give Cameroonian steemians loans, they will reduce the rate at which they power down their accounts.
- To give Steem trading and investment alerts/advice to Cameroonian steemians
- To guide and provide Cameroonian steemians with information on how they can better invest in Steem

Steem Advice
Now is the best time to invest in Steem!
The price of Steem and SBD have been falling during the week with Steem and SBD trending around $0.45 and $6.0 respectively but we still believe NOW is a very good time to acquire more Steem.
Mindful of the fact that a few month ago, Steem was $1.2, the bank believes its better to purchase and keep Steem (power up) as compared to keeping SBD. Steem still has the possibility to grow by 100% meaning Steemians who acquire and keep Steem can make up to 100% profits as compared to SBD which is uncertain.
Bank Trading Deals
The bank handled 03 trade deals ranging between 2 - 30SBD with the steemians trading to meet up with some of their urgent and pressing financial needs and with the biggest withdrawals being the Cmaeroon Steemit Njangi from @mbozekobruce. The bank had withdrawals from;

Bank Investments
Every week, @thegreens contributes 15.5SBD to @steem-cameroon for the Cameroon Steemit Njangi and 100K SP Shares Program. The bank wired 15.5 SBD to @steem-cameroon for week 20 of the Cameroon Steemit Njangi and 100K SP Shares program via which @thegreens now owns 18 Shares.
The Power Up Challenge

The Power Up Challenge is a weekly steem power-up challenge for Cameroonian Steemians organized by The Greens' Steem Bank in partnership with @steem-cameroon. The fifteenth edition of the challenge registered 06 entries with 1542.098 Steem powered-up
