Good day Steemian and welcome, this is more than just a price update on the Steem cryptocurrency for 9/7/2024, under the hood it's been a 7 year project.
I have been posting the Steem price update since almost the very beginning of Steemit.com back in 2016 along with other content, plus I have attended many Steem official events and represented Steem at smaller events.
Many have came here to discuss the daily Steem price and recent Steemit changes for over 7 years.

There as never been a single power down made on this account since that time "7 years", our mission is to retain and rise the price of Steem for the benefit of us all. We do this by not only holding STEEM but by also buying into STEEM from time to time. All this rises the price of STEEM meaning your investment goes up in value and so does your earned rewards.

I'm sure we all want a better future for Steem and so casting your upvote here keeps Steem locked to raise it's value for us all. Most of the players in the crypto sphere are only here for some quick and shady profits before they just decide to get up and disappear but we have been here for the long run and would like to see Steem remained a strong and reliable token.

July 2024-Bitcoin reached over "70.000" again on June 4th and so the high season isn't done just yet. Likely you have witnessed some of the many bearish traps for investors to try and navigate this season. And so who knows when the bullrun will be truly over, I mention bitcoin because it can be a indication on the direction that Steem will follow. However not a lot of movement from our own token this time round compared to previous years which is very sad. Perhaps we have to be more patient, as some wait on another possible alt coin rally, Steem did almost double since it's bottom and while that was something to celebrate we done much better in the past. What this does mean is that Steem itself is essentially still wide open price wise for the smart and smaller investors💰. Last night I went to sleep a good amount of time under the usual late hour, which this was mostly due to needing to get up very early for a work shift. When I did try to sleep I thought there might be some difficulty as the previous night I found it a bit of a problem due to a previous early shift. At least we got rid of the cold for the night and so thankfully no extra layers needed. When I did fall asleep I woke-up only a few minutes to my scheduled alarm, no idea why, I tried going back to sleep with little luck plus it was pointless, the alarm was set for earlier to make sure I get up on time for work. As for the weather this morning it was mostly cloudy, miserable looking, no sunshine but very light rain. Temperature wise it remains cooler but not to the point that it's chilly, however without the sun by nightfall it could get to that point. Since I had work to get in for soon there wasn't much time for me to get many of the chores done, with my free time up I skipped breakfast hoping to get something when I get to work, got changed and ready for work. On the way I took the rubbish with me to dispose, there was plenty of space at the bins, no improvement with the weather it was still slightly raining but at least not cold so it remained pleasant. When I arrived to work I saw everything was opened which was strange, looking at the cars I assumed it was my boss who had already got started. This is not something they suppose to do and so I wondered if I was late or something, but looking at my watch that wasn't the case, next I thought there was some kind of delivery waiting to excess the building but there was no sign of that and so also not the reason. In the end I'm not sure why my boss was so eager to start, but one guess is he wanted to get a few things done earlier so he could sneak in a conversation with he's wife. Regardless since I was in work yesterday too until the end I knew exactly everything that had to be done for the morning start. I didn't mind all the work in one way as I guess it would keep me busy for the entire shift. However "and I kind of expected this..." but the first 2 jobs I had to get out done took longer than usual, yes of course it had to happen when I still have the backlog from yesterday. Finishing the shift I didn't get all the work done that needed to complete. Well it was the backlog from yesterday that still didn't get finished but everything else was fine. I got more than half of what was left done and I think my boss was understanding as to why it was not possible for me to get it all done. I was glad when my shift ended as I was getting tired, getting outside and making my way home it was slightly raining which was kind of nice to de-stress with and to keep me awake haha. Arriving home since I had been up so early I was going to be taking it easy until I can get in a nap, after that then hopefully have more energy for chores. Unfortunately like I kind of expected napping was not easy, at one point I felt so tired and so went to bed it hopes of falling asleep. I kind of started getting sleepy when the postman start knocking at the door, I knew he had a letter from my father and also a package so I sprung up to reach him before he leaves. I received the letter from my father but no package "dammit", once back inside I was wide awake again so started on chores hoping to nap a little later. This never happened and instead kept getting more energy and so decided to meet with friends online as I had not done this in a long time. More people showed up than I expected and we had a really good time even get off later than I wanted. Shame about the guy who seems to be letting us down on getting the extra work ready, well when I say letting us down I really mean "me". I'm honest that I don't want to be doing that job next week which I learned from a colleague that I will have to do it twice alone for 2 separate days while both of those who usually do the job take their time off. I don't mind that they get their rightly owed time off but I'm not happy that I have to be the one who covers some of their work. This as happened for the simple fact that the superiors have strangely let them both take their holidays at the same time! I mean back in the day that wouldn't even be allowed. So it annoys me even further as when I requested my time off for the event with friends around 2 months ago they didn't let me, and from what I could see back then they had the staff in to allow it. Still in the end I never managed to ask the guy why he was not supporting that work anymore as I had to deal with something else at the time. As for Steemit.com 📊 there as been talks about doing PR for the site which as all been done before and while in one way adding more people could help the value of Steem I still believe it would be better to try and educate those who are already with us. And I don't mean education on creating better content but rather on how the site and the token is valued. Again not by it's content but instead by holding Steem, buying etc. Others are working on updating the look of the Steemit.com website to something more "modern" I was very worried about this but the changes aren't anything drastic. Onwards there as been mostly promises of war happening everywhere, more countries are slowly getting and warning their citizens to prepare for war. Such a war in this day and age will be devastating and so we must continue to work to remain at peace and not fight in wars that don't belong to us. Work hard, try to hold it together, sometimes we can't and that's ok too.. Let yourself know this first off. After that "Pace" yourself, even in the mist of the storm you can make it. Before we finish I would like to ask if anybody can recommend any website to watch movies or series for free without a VPN or a download site, a upvote will be sent if it's good.
