Good day Steemian and welcome to today's Steem price update for 7/6/2023.
I have been posting the Steem price update since almost the very beginning of Steemit.com back in 2016 along with other content.
Many have came here to discuss the daily Steem price's and recent STEEM changes for over 6 years.

If you tire of addictively looking at the charts every few minutes then instead just relax and look here for the average STEEM price for your daily plan or strategy.
And even if you are not planning to do anything with your STEEM I still recommend checking out these updates every so often.
So without further ado lets take a look at today's Daily Steem Price for 7/6/2023.

June 2023 Marks already halfway into the year as for Steem we previously had a big fall that took it down to $0.14 and with such a fall this helped us with collecting more Steem for our main goal this year. In 2023 what we are aiming for is to finally reach Orca or in other words this means holding a total of 50k Steem Power, this as so far been a 6 year project. Also if you want Steem to be a success or just looking to earn more you should vote mostly on those who do not power down. Powering down lowers the value of Steem, meaning it lowers the value of your investment or the Steem that you earn from posting. My account is a example as one of the very few on here who is not powering down rewards. I also buy into Steem often, your votes encourage me to keep on buying even more so keep them coming as buying also helps rise the price of Steem. By voting on these posts we try to protect and raise the price of Steem, we also plan to use this to buy even more when the price goes up. During the bitcoin downwave from 60k it also sadly took down the value of SBD's, however SBD's have done a excellent job at holding around that important $3 mark for many months. My hope is that SBD's will once again secure this value for when Steem does eventually go back up again. As for Steemit the Team is trying something different as they experiment with smaller curation teams, around 4 or 5 people per team. This means there is less room for curator positions and so competition to apply was tougher, however it's said that the rewards will be greater. Tron as been appearing correctly in our wallets, however the TRX rewards are distributed less often, it can take 2 or 3 days sometimes even longer but at least we are getting them. The cost of living is spiralling upwards the reasoning said for all these high prices is the war in the Ukraine, guess we must be literally getting almost every single thing from 2 very specific countries. The on-going war is a terrible moment in our history, they attack, strike up fear, call-out threats and cast sadness into the lives of many. A war that if we are not too careful could just be what spells the beginning of the end. Best keep an eye on those politicians and refuse war at all costs, as continued provocation is on-going "we do NOT want WW3" but perhaps to stop that it may be already much too late.

Last night I went to sleep way past the usual late hour, this was mostly because of having to wait for some content creation but it was my fault as I was late for that also because I spent too long with some image creation. But I slept well all night which is good because I really need all the sleep I can get right now, however at first I was a little distracted because it sounded like one of the cats was in my room but they were not once a double checked so I have no idea what the noise was. This morning I didn't wake-up before my alarm and so it seems like I was too tired for that too. So I slept until my alarm and I also rested past it, thought I was going to rest for much longer but I also couldn't let that fully happen. The morning was also again another mostly cloudy one, slightly brighter compared to yesterday and so I reckon later we will get some sun shine. Again the forecast was saying "sunny" it definitely wasn't but at least it's not chilly like the previous morning, I means it's like June now it shouldn't be cold. I started with doing some chores and lastly I went on Steemit. I had work today so there was not much time in the morning to get much done even with the extra time I had still rested for longer. Once my free time was up I went for a quick breakfast before changing and then heading out for work. By the time I left the sun already started showing itself more, enough to the point I knew it was going to get warm and I started to think about not taking the extra layers. When I got into work I was doing the usual but before I could even do much of anything my boss pulled me over and said he had some staff nominate me for the week and so I was given another little treat. I was honestly surprised because the main vote came from someone who I feel we don't really see eye to eye. I was already in a good mood and I guess that strangely made it slightly better I must now thank her when I next see her. Again when I started to try and get on with my work my boss gave me another task which ended up taking up most of the day, this was slightly annoying because there was still other tasks for the week that I wanted to get done. I realised it was mid week already and none of it was done yet so the stress slightly started to build. At the end of my shift I just about had enough time to get the task my boss wanted completed and half the tasks set for the week, thank goodness I had energy today or it would of been a very difficult day. Also I'm not sure if it's because of some life changes but one of the staff there who I haven't spoken much with was being strangely extra friendly, it was nice to see her in such a good mood even if she did still complain about work lol. When I left work today I expected another full search but strangely the superior who was in didn't bother, it's strange because she is a higher-up which makes me think this is just a task passed over for to the other goons to do lol. Which is good because I hope this means they will give up on it soon. Yesterday before leaving I was shocked and disappointed to learn that our newest superior would be leaving soon as I did see him initially as more of a friend but people move on. They previously wanted to do a search on me, this is apparently because a few things have been moved on the system and have gone missing. Now I'm not sure how true that is because it could simply be their excuse to start searching people again. But there is also the likely case that the missing things have just been misplaced but as always the workers get the blame for it. Sure there could be some stealing going on but this usually only happens for real when new people join. I find it a little odd that it's been a while since we had new people and suddenly stuff as gone missing but heck these are hard times so who knows. Also before leaving another superior was asking me questions about my work schedule for the week, I thought it was suspicious until he warned me that he was after me so that I could do a training test. Argh it's one of the ones I hate the most and so instead of getting home and being able to relax and do some of the things I wanted I might just have to try and do a bit of revising again tonight. When I got outside from work it was a little cooler out there and so I took a little time to text some friends before getting home. I'm not sure why now I'm also being given these specific tasks as it makes doing the usual stuff more difficult. Put I wont complain too much because these are easier compared to the ones I had last week, I just hope this doesn't get too much out of hand. The other evening while talking with my father we came to the conclusion that in order to get some things organised I needed to go and see him soon and so I have started looking on getting that planned which is a bit of a drag. Well I managed to get some of that searching done the other night but now I mostly need to see what time I can get off work which my boss handed over to me today to have look at so that will be another job for tonight "perhaps".
