Good day Steemian and welcome to today's Steem price update for 29/4/2023.
I have been posting the Steem price update since almost the very beginning of Steemit.com back in 2016 along with other content.
Many have came here to discuss the daily Steem price's and recent STEEM changes for over 6 years.

If you tire of addictively looking at the charts every few minutes then instead just relax and look here for the average STEEM price for your daily plan or strategy.
And even if you are not planning to do anything with your STEEM I still recommend checking out these updates every so often.
So without further ado lets take a look at today's Daily Steem Price for 29/4/2023.

April 2023 Yes the expected month for everything to go up in price, however the problem is everything as already gone up in price, again and again, by a lot.. so instead of our dear rulers thinking "Yeah we have already done enough of that "let's give it a break", nope instead they continue to raise the prices up even more. There also seems to be a lot of movement from authorities in preventing those interested or wanting to take part in crypto "it's too volatile and dangerous" that's the excuse from the nanny state. As for Steem we previously had a big fall that took it down to $0.14 and with such a fall this helped us with collecting more Steem for our main goal this year. In 2023 what we are aiming for is to finally reach Orca or in other words this means holding a total of 50k Steem Power. Also if you want Steem to be a success or just to earn more on here you should vote mostly on those who do not power down. Powering down lowers the value of Steem, lowers the value of your investment. My account is a example as one of the very few on here who is not powering down. I also buy into Steem often your votes encourage me to keep buying even more so keep them coming. By voting on these posts we try to protect and rise the price of Steem. During the bitcoin downwave from 60k this sadly also took down the value of SBD's, however SBD's have done a excellent job at holding around that important $3 mark for many months. My hope is that SBD's will once again secure this value for when Steem does eventually go back up again. As for Steemit in April the Team is trying something different, they are experimenting with smaller curation teams, around 4 or 5 people per team. This means there is less room for curator positions and so competition to apply was tougher, however it's said that rewards will be greater. Tron as been appearing correctly in our wallets, however the earned TRX rewards appear less often, it can take 2 or 3 days, sometimes even longer but at least we are getting them. However what isn't going at a good rate is our average electrical usage charge, these greedy energy companies just don't stop milking people with their constant price hikes. The cost of living is spiralling upwards the reasoning said for all these high prices is the war in Ukraine, guess we must be literally getting almost every single thing from 2 very specific countries. The on-going war is a terrible moment in our history, they attack, strike up fear, call-out threats and cast sadness into the lives of many. A war that if we are not too careful could just be what spells the beginning of the end. Best keep an eye on those politicians and refuse war at all costs, as continued provocation is on-going "we do NOT want WW3" but perhaps to stop that it may be already much too late.

Last night I went to sleep at the usual late hour this was because of some online distractions. I slept well during the night which surprised me with all the family stress going on. The past 4 nights have been really cold, I took no chances and put on a extra layer before falling asleep. As usual again I was awake before my alarm "by a lot" so I rested until my alarm and then continued to rest past it but not for too long. This was mostly because I knew I had a lot of time this morning to get much done as I was only starting work late. The weather was mostly sunshine this morning infact it was actually a very pleasant day, enough that we opened a few windows. With work being much later I started with doing chores, logging on Steemit, tried to get hold of more crypto I think some of these traders think you have all day to wait for them. I was contemplating whether to try and get some crypto or not as I didn't want to worry about getting in for work on time but since last time it was so fast I expected the same today unfortunately at the last step it took too long for my liking to finalize things. I was also testing a few things on my phone and also noticed that the battery as started depleting much faster in these past 2 days. I finally received the bill my friend was so furious about and while it's much more costly than before I'm still glad I managed to make it so much cheaper then what my friend payed. Once some of that was done I went for a quick breakfast, got changed and left for work. Making my way to work I was disappointed that it was still actually a little chilly out that's even with all the sunshine. When I got to work I was doing the usual, but already had the feeling since I was in so late I would get put in the middle of the extra work which will probably be all the more difficult parts left. While I was right about being left the extra work it was a mix of difficulty there also was not a lot of it but definitely enough to keep me busy for most of my time there. A few were surprised by how late I was in for today which I have to agree with but at least I got time to do what I needed at home. The work had to be completed for the day and we must of had nearly 1 hour left before it was already completed, once we stepped outside some complained it was cold out. I didn't think it was that cold but did notice there was a sudden temperature change unlike half of my colleagues I'm mostly prepared for the colder evening weather. I'm guessing tonight it's going to be another cold one but I'm hoping with such a pleasant day it won't be. As for the event tickets I managed to get them, they were trying to fool people with their prices this year. The ticket prices were cheaper, but in the buying process they slap you with a high service charge for each "digital" ticket instead of each order.. any excuse to squeeze more money out from you. Still all my friends now have tickets.. well except for one who I'm I'm still awaiting on a confirmation.
