Good day Steemian and welcome, this is more than just a price update on the Steem cryptocurrency for 15/9/2024, under the hood it's been a 8 year project.
I have been posting the Steem price update since almost the very beginning of Steemit.com back in 2016 along with other content, plus I have attended many Steem official events and represented Steem at smaller events.
Many have came here to discuss the daily Steem price and recent Steemit changes for over 8 years.

There as never been a single power down made on this account since that time "8 years", our mission is to retain and rise the price of Steem for the benefit of us all. We do this by not only holding STEEM but by also buying into STEEM from time to time. All this rises the price of STEEM meaning your investment goes up in value and so does your earned rewards.

I'm sure we all want a better future for Steem and so casting your upvote here keeps Steem locked to raise it's value for us all plus we will try and use some of that Steem to buy even more. Most of the players in the crypto sphere are only here for some quick and often times shady profits, this is before they decide to just get up and disappear. But we have been here for the long run and would like to see Steem remain a strong and reliable token.

Sept 2024-Bitcoin reached over "70.000" again on June 4th and so the high season isn't done just yet. But when is it likely to finish? When it reached 50k? I still thought we would of seen it fall further down but maybe we won't. And so who knows when the bullrun will be truly over, but 30k would be a good mark, I mention bitcoin because it can be a indication on the direction that Steem will follow. However sadly not a lot of movement from our own token this season, perhaps we have to be more patient as we wait on another possible alt coin season. But what this means for now is that Steem itself is still wide open price wise for the smart and smaller investors👍. Last night I went to sleep just over the usual late hour, this was mostly due to doing some research on body modifications for my concerned friend. It's fascinating the many reasons as to why so many feel the need for it, even if their reasons make no sense at all to others. The only reason to get something done is if that person wants it, not to fit in or because someone else thinks they should do it. Unfortunately many will still claim they love their modification even if they don't, this is usually so they don't feel embarrassed by their mistake. When I did try to reach slumber there was some difficulty to sleep, I think this is partly due to knowing the following day it was going to be the last day before I travel. At least it wasn't too cold to fall asleep👍. Once sleeping I woke-up 1 hour to my scheduled alarm, not sure why but maybe because of all the things I need to remember today. The alarm was set for in-between the hours usually start, this is for helping me to try and get my sleeping routine back on track. Most mornings I have been resting past the alarm which I think as been slowly happening because of the cold, but I couldn't rest for any longer today. As for the weather this morning it's similar to yesterday, in the sense that we have a mostly clear sky with lots of sunshine. Temperature wise there was some heat, so it was a reasonable level but heading towards being chilly. Normally during the afternoon it gets a little too hot, well at least it did for the past 3 days. The reason for not resting any longer this morning is because I simply couldn't get back to sleep, and so just gave-up. The early start was good I guess because I can try and get more chores done today as it being my last day before seeing my father there are many things to do. Thankfully I believe most of what I needed doing for my trip as already been done, there are of course still a few little things left. I started preparing for it early, the reason for doing this is to not panic about it later when I know I won't have as much time. Especially as work gets often in the way, but I'm honestly very lucky to have this day off as I had not originally booked it off. I guess work was kind enough to give me a day to prepare. It's just all the small last minute things to pack, and that's the scary part, not to forget any of those things haha. I'm feeling better today compared to yesterday, see on the way to visit friends the other day before I leave for my trip I wasn't too confident it being a good idea as it already rained "twice". And I was right, it started to rain and within seconds it turned into almost tornado like weather which I got caught in. The whole day was also very cold but I started feeling run down the day before due to the cold, I just hope I don't get fully unwell for when I go and visit my father. At work yesterday back on my floor I didn't bother with the weekly tasks as not only was it my last day but the tasks were messy. Also the extra work would be ready relatively soon and I was already doing them a favour by staying in longer to deal with the workload. I received a message from them in the morning before I was even awake saying I would need to stay longer. I done what I could and since it was my last day at work for a while I really tried to give my colleagues all the help I could. In the end when I left they still had 3 hours left to complete the job which I think they could very easily do. They wished me a good journey, I thanked them and left. I'm so glad I had the day off today as I was just not that prepared for all the other things I needed to get done before I leave. There are things that should of been done days ago but work got in the way and now it's too late. As for the quick work-out I missed it yesterday and they day before, but I was able this afternoon to get one done which felt great and I might even do another but worried to over do it. Lastly I started to prepared dinner, checked to see if my father needed to call me which he did, payed some more bills, and after I settled-in for the night. As for Steemit.com 📊 like I mentioned there was some progress on updating the look of the Steemit.com website to something more "modern". The changes aren't anything drastic thankfully, you can now experience this yourself as the updates are live. For me personally I feel like it helps certain things stand out more, however I still feel like navigation could be improved. Onwards there as been mostly promises of war happening everywhere, such a war in this day and age will be devastating and so we must continue to work to remain at peace and not fight in wars that don't belong to us.
