Good day Steemian and welcome, this is more than just a price update on the Steem cryptocurrency for 12/7/2024, under the hood it's been a 7 year project.
I have been posting the Steem price update since almost the very beginning of Steemit.com back in 2016 along with other content, plus I have attended many Steem official events and represented Steem at smaller events.
Many have came here to discuss the daily Steem price and recent Steemit changes for over 7 years.

There as never been a single power down made on this account since that time "7 years", our mission is to retain and rise the price of Steem for the benefit of us all. We do this by not only holding STEEM but by also buying into STEEM from time to time. All this rises the price of STEEM meaning your investment goes up in value and so does your earned rewards.

I'm sure we all want a better future for Steem and so casting your upvote here keeps Steem locked to raise it's value for us all. Most of the players in the crypto sphere are only here for some quick and shady profits before they just decide to get up and disappear but we have been here for the long run and would like to see Steem remained a strong and reliable token.

July 2024-Bitcoin reached over "70.000" again on June 4th and so the high season isn't done just yet. Likely you have witnessed some of the many bearish traps for investors to try and navigate this season. And so who knows when the bullrun will be truly over, I mention bitcoin because it can be a indication on the direction that Steem will follow. However not a lot of movement from our own token this time round compared to previous years which is very sad. Perhaps we have to be more patient as we wait on another possible alt coin season, and so what this means for now is that Steem itself is still wide open price wise for the smart and smaller investors💰. Last night I went to sleep just under the usual late hour, this was mostly due to arriving so late back home after meeting with friends. When I did try to sleep there wasn't much of a problem as I was tired from the previous day and being with friends, however my cat kept knocking on the door which kept me awake for a while longer. Eventually she understood it was time for the human to sleep. When I did fall asleep I woke-up about 20 minutes to my scheduled alarm, not sure why but I do know that soon after the cat started knocking again haha. The alarm was set for later than usual to make sure I get enough sleep but also so I get up on time for work. As for the weather this morning it was mostly cloudy, miserable looking with little sunshine. Temperature wise it remains cooler but not to the point that it's chilly and thankfully even during the nights lately it's not got cold. Since I had work to get in for soon there wasn't any time at all for me to get any of the chores done, with my free time up I skipped breakfast hoping to get something when I get into work, and so I got changed and ready for work. On the way it remained the same being mostly cloudy, it was relatively quiet out and for some reason I headed towards the bins at one point, I suddenly remembered I had no trash to dispose and so turned around haha 😵 perhaps I'm still more tired than I thought. When I arrived to work today I suspected that it would be a easy shift as the extra work would only be ready later in the day. However I also thought I remembered seeing that my name was clear from any tasks, so I looked over them later and thankfully my name was not attached to any tasks and neither did any of the other tasks for my colleagues really needed doing. I thought at some point there would likely be a task from my boss that he would want me to get done but this never happened. I did still get a phone call from him saying he would need me to work a little extra this weekend which was fine as I need the money but was not too keen on who I was working with as the usual person will be on holiday😒. The only task my boss gave me is he wants me to fill out a company survey in which he explained to me on how to excess it which I decided I would do later after work. Before leaving work yesterday I was horrified to see 👀 they had changed some more of my shifts to a few very early ones ARGH😠! However I initially thought later that this saved me a day from being in charge of getting the extra work set. I spoke to a colleague today about that but it turns out I still won't escape the two "extra work set-up" days because it was pushed for me to instead do 1 day of it at the weekend, yuck🤢. Getting outside and making my way home it was slightly brighter but remained cloudy for the day. Arriving home I quickly started with the chores as I had a lot to get done and wanted to try and make it later online with friends. Things were slower than I wanted as I started to feel so tired to get anything done and so I tried doing other things to wake myself-up. This is because I think for the past 2 days I had some decent sleep and so I shouldn't be feeling like this even if I do agree that I still need to catch-up on rest. I met with friends online but it was pointless, not only was I there later but they also took way to long to get ready that it was pointless to get into anything and so I chatted briefly before logging off. This was also because I wanted to be free to speak with my father who continues to bring me more stress and things to get done, between the conversation I also had dinner. Shame about the guy who seems to be letting us down on getting the extra work ready, well letting "me" down. I'm honest that I don't want to be doing the setting-up of the extra work next week while both of those who usually do the job take their time off. I don't mind that they get their rightly owed time off work but I'm not happy that I have to be the one who covers some of their work. This as happened because the superiors have strangely let them both take their holidays off at the same time🤷‍♂️! I mean back in the day that wouldn't even be allowed which makes me question now why I was not allowed it 2 months ago when I needed the time off for attending a event with friends🤷‍♂️😠? Yeah I'm still not happy about that😠. As for Steemit.com 📊 there as been talks about doing PR for the site which as all been done before and while in one way adding more people could help the value of Steem I still believe it would be better to try and educate those who are already with us. And I don't mean education on creating better content but rather on how the site and the token is valued. Again not by it's content but instead by holding Steem, buying etc. Others are working on updating the look of the Steemit.com website to something more "modern" I was very worried about this but the changes aren't anything drastic. Onwards there as been mostly promises of war happening everywhere, more countries are slowly getting and warning their citizens to prepare for war. Such a war in this day and age will be devastating and so we must continue to work to remain at peace and not fight in wars that don't belong to us. Work hard, try to hold it together, sometimes we can't and that's ok too.. Let yourself know this first off. After that "Pace" yourself, even in the mist of the storm you can make it. Before we finish I would like to ask if anybody can recommend any website to watch movies or series for free without a VPN or a download site, a upvote will be sent if it's good.
