Good day Steemian and welcome, this is more than just a price update on the Steem cryptocurrency for 11/9/2024, under the hood it's been a 7 year project.
I have been posting the Steem price update since almost the very beginning of Steemit.com back in 2016 along with other content, plus I have attended many Steem official events and represented Steem at smaller events.
Many have came here to discuss the daily Steem price and recent Steemit changes for over 7 years.

There as never been a single power down made on this account since that time "7 years", our mission is to retain and rise the price of Steem for the benefit of us all. We do this by not only holding STEEM but by also buying into STEEM from time to time. All this rises the price of STEEM meaning your investment goes up in value and so does your earned rewards.

I'm sure we all want a better future for Steem and so casting your upvote here keeps Steem locked to raise it's value for us all. Most of the players in the crypto sphere are only here for some quick and shady profits before they just decide to get up and disappear but we have been here for the long run and would like to see Steem remained a strong and reliable token.

Sept 2024-Bitcoin reached over "70.000" again on June 4th and so the high season isn't done just yet. But when is it likely to finish? When it reached 50k? I still thought we would of seen it fall further down but maybe we won't. And so who knows when the bullrun will be truly over, but 30k would be a good mark, I mention bitcoin because it can be a indication on the direction that Steem will follow. However sadly not a lot of movement from our own token this season, perhaps we have to be more patient as we wait on another possible alt coin season. But what this means for now is that Steem itself is still wide open price wise for the smart and smaller investors👍. Last night I went to sleep just over the usual late hour, this was mostly due to some article reading. What a shame as it's been going well for 3 days, hopefully tonight we can do better. When I did try to reach slumber there was some difficulty to sleep, would you believe the reason for this is because it was cold! Once sleeping I woke-up 10 minutes to my scheduled alarm, I'm sure this is likely because of the cold. The alarm was set for in-between the hours I usually start, this was to try and help me get my sleeping routine back on track. I rested for way longer past the alarm again I think this as slowly been happening because of the cold. As for the weather this morning much less miserable looking, with a partially clear sky and mostly sunshine. Temperature wise there was no heat, it turned cold 2 days ago and it remains that way😡. Normally during the afternoon it gets a little too hot, but like yesterday I don't think it will happen, perhaps only at the weekend now. The late start to the day was not much of a problem as I didn't have work to be in for today. This is good as it will give me time to try and get some chores done, however not too much as the plan is to meet with friends later for the last time before I go on my trip to visit my father. Thankfully I believe most of what I needed doing for my trip as already been done, there are of course still a few little things left. But like my friends I wanted to start preparing a few things early, the reason for doing some of this now is to not panic about it later when I know I won't have as much time. Especially as work gets often in the way, my friends have now returned and they will want to meet today. But all that should be left are the small last minute things to pack, and that's the scary part, not to forget any of those things haha. When my free time was up I had a full breakfast, before leaving I changed, got my bag set and then myself ready for meeting with friends. On the way I wasn't too confident as it already rained twice, I was right it started to rain and within seconds it turned into almost tornado like weather. The sky quickly turned dark and the wind violent, the rain that was failing was beginning to turn into ice almost, it was also getting kind of misty making it difficult to see which I think was wind just pushing a carrying so much water in the air, I don't know it was weird to see. Moments after that it stopped and turned sunny again just as I was really beginning to regret even leaving the house. Eventually I made it to my friends, they told me stories about their trip however I expected there to be more, especially for the time they were away, never have they been away this long and so I thought there would be more. However I think some part of that can be down to phones, since some things were already shared via phone it would make sense that there is less to tell. But I must admit I miss those long evening conversations that I would have with whether it be friends or family about their trips and adventures as I feel that technology as indeed somewhat killed that in some way. I guess because we share things in the moment it's not one big story anymore when we get back. But those who are catching the moment to share are they really living in the moment? See many have described and reported that when looking back at those moments they felt like they were not feeling truly present or connected to it. It's something to think about and regardless we had such a good time this evening. On the way home I worried it would be very cold, windy and raining but none of those applied, well after a while it did start to feel cold and so glad to be home. I told my friends the sad news that they will be closing down the floor I work on. This will happen mid next month and so moving us to a lower floor with the others. It's a bad business decision that will result in us making less money. It's one thing that frustrates me, I'm so tired of seeing bad decisions being made by the idiots up top who have no clue about what they are doing. Like some of my other colleagues have pointed out already there could also potentially be some people having to be cut from the team as we won't need as many. My friends also quickly pointed we will make less money this way, next they mentioned job reduction, none of them work with me but even they can see right away it's a bad decision. As for the quick work-out I done this just before heading to see friends, it went rather well I was worried it might make things worse after a previous time where I may of pushed it too much and had to be careful. Lastly I started to prepared dinner, it was to late to checked to see if my father needed to call me and after I settled-in for the night. As for Steemit.com 📊 like I mentioned there was some progress on updating the look of the Steemit.com website to something more "modern". The changes aren't anything drastic thankfully, you can now experience this yourself as the updates are live. For me personally I feel like it helps certain things stand out more, however I still feel like navigation could be improved. Onwards there as been mostly promises of war happening everywhere, such a war in this day and age will be devastating and so we must continue to work to remain at peace and not fight in wars that don't belong to us.
