MY VOTING POWER IS DOWN TO 38%...
It's not easy going to someones good post and try to keep from Upvoting their page... Even limiting myself lately, I find that my Voting Power keeps going down... Perhaps I just didn't notice it before... Still searching for answers...
From what I'm seeing in the Comments below, Upvotes are going to become harder and harder to get... Where is this leading...??? Will we get to the point where we'll only be about to give out 1 instead of 10 per day...???
Oh wow... It just occurred to me that now that I'm telling everyone what's up, I won't be making any money on this post... lol...
Is anyone else experiencing the same problem lately...???
I think it's an honest question; and one that could probably use more official documentation. That said, it was cool to see so much more weight for votes after the HF!
What I'm afraid of is... What if we get to a point where we can only give one upvote per day instead of ten...??? By the way... It was so nice of you to give yourself such a nice upvote on your comment... lol...

I saw up votes go down as well, but the weight of the votes I get now far out weighs the change in volume.
As I am aware the payout is not fixed until the it is finally paid out. The rewards goes up and down with the price of Steem as well as a number of other factors.

tl;dr - Your voting power goes down every time you vote, but regenerates over time, so if you want to get back to 100%, you just have to hold off on voting for a bit.
Like I said... That's not an easy thing to do...

Maybe. Less upvotes but more Steem.
You get 10-11 upvotes per day if you want to stay at 100% as a minnow. Once you have at least 1 mVEST, you are a Dolphin and can choose how much weight to give each vote. A resource I was pointed at to monitor when you'll be back at 100% is http://steemforthe.win

Yes, longer if you choose to vote anyway.
If you upvote say 5 times a day, your power will increase still but more slowly.

I generally vote at 20-30% power. But i still vote too often. Take break. I know its not easy but u must!!
I feel you, @pocketechange. The latest change in the platform, Hardfork19, means we can upvote about 10 posts a day at 100% before our voting power gets depleted. The good news is it regenerates over 5 days, so at a rate of 20% per day.
Voting sparingly goes against my nature, but I'm disciplining myself to keep my voting power up and let it regenerate when I use it.
Options are to vote at less than 100%, keep posting quality content to build up Steem Power and reputation, then eventually it will matter less (your vote will be worth more). I joined when my vote was worth 1¢, so I'm less stressed in the short term - things improve over the long term as you build up your account.

Invest in SP and you can to get your slider. You can vote more at a lower voting power and still award the posters you like at current vote value.
