Help needed

I just recently started using @minnowhelper, the first three times the service worked, however the most recent time i transferred 2.0 SBD to @minnowhelper along with the memo to the story i wanted an upvote on, nothing happened. Please advise what i did wrong the last time or when i can expect a refund since i paid for a service i did not receive. Looking forward to a quick resolution so i can continue to support @minnowhelper in the future.

if i delgate for exemple 1000sp how much profit i get from you? have you a calculator ?
