Starr and I co-presented "Art Your Way To Anarchy" at Anarchapulco 2017.

It wasn't recorded, but here is a pic of some of us afterward.

And here's a link to Starr's Steemit post, which is as good as a transcript.

Really love this format. Awesome idea and so glad you took it upon yourself to do it! Mucho gracias ladies! Looking forward to all this!

@mikeonfire, do you love it enough to not-chat with me? We could have some big talk ;-)

Wow! The video turned out great. Thank you so much for having me as your first Not-Chat guest! As always, it was a pleasure to delve beneath the surface of life with you. <3

I love you, @lesliestarrohara. And I'm so friggin' excited for your series! Showing and sharing life, as we want it to be, gets us there faster. I'm super thankful to be on this journey with you. xo

Damn @erikaharris. Your content is just spot on. I love what you do with the whole "Non-Chat" Thing.

I very much enjoy your relaxed manner in front of the camera. I think you are a great speaker.

@lesliestarrohara if you are looking for one more interview partner - I am more than happy to participate in this informative endeavour.

Why yes, @alexanarcho, I am indeed looking for interview partners! Shoot me a message on Steemit.chat, if you would be so kind. Same handle there as here. I look forward to meeting you!

You are a sweetheart, @alexanarcho. Danke! :-)

Great interview! I homeschooled both of my boys who also were late readers. I wish I had her patience when they were young. They might have loved to read. They don't read for pleasure, but they both have degrees and have to read a lot for work. I'm sure Nebula will grow up loving to read!

@stillwatersart, y'know when I think about it, a lot of people I know in the States don't read for pleasure... and I'm now wondering if it's because the learning process itself was so disagreeably forced. There's no pleasure to be found now, 'cause there was no pleasure experienced then? Hmmm...

Regardless, BRAVA TO YOU! Homeschooling two boys makes you heroic in my book.

@erikaharris you are a hero too! 💕

"Free and Stressed"
I agree; it's hard to have a routine while traveling. It is stressful.
And I just wanted to go home, after traveling around for 6 months (25,000 miles). It was too much in 6 months..

It's nice to have a home base. After, I just wanted to buy a house, and plant a garden, make real life for myself, be a member of a community.

After 6 months, I was tired, stressed and sick. I needed to rest. I was lucky I didn't catch malaria probably.

I liked at that time, to travel alone. I enjoyed the autonomy. Nobody else to have to agree with; and traveling alone, I met so many new people.

That is the beauty of traveling alone. But it gets lonely too. For the next 10 years, I only wanted to take vacations here and there; globe trotting no longer carried the glamor I had once attached to it.

That said, I can see living in different places for a long while, instead of having a home base. That makes more sense to me as well, and then there is routine, and a sense of belonging to a community.

@surfyogi I want BOTH of the realities you described: a homebase (which is currently Acapulco), and regular global excursions throughout the year (in addition to Latin and Central America, am also very drawn to Bali, Thailand, Greece, Morocco, Japan.)

I'd love to host meditative writing retreats around the world. <--- That's the first time I've ever said that out loud, lol Feels great!

Fantastic, how the process of writing, peels the onion of our awareness and desires..

I'm still trying to figure out to myself how you were not someone I was following. A breath of fresh air.

🌬 Thanks, @geechidan! Glad you found me now.

Not Chat :) Very nice. Substance is key. Can't wait to see the video series.

Great post , thank you for sharing Upvoted & Followed
