Steemit Comment Spam Report 20.09.2017
A small initiative
I dug up the comments in the steemsql database and came up with a list of these scammers who copy-paste same content; based on yesterday's data. I will try to prepare and post this report on a daily basis. Voting Bots also came up in the query, I have manually excluded them as they do add some value to the system.

Could you clarify (in the post) what you mean with the following, please:
"these scammers who copy-paste same content based on yesterday's data"
Do they plagiarize yesterday's most popular posts, or what?
My mistake, missing semi-colon. They paste same comment on random post usually begging for votes. This is just yesterday's count.

I haven't, but you might want to check @steemreports account classifier to check whether they are actually copy-pasting, or are in fact mostly bots. @steemreports is probably also interested in feedback as to how accurate his classification is.
Well most bots are excluded, these are just spammers.
I understand that voting bots have been excluded, but spammers can be bots as well.
i like your idea but you mistake context when making list,
if you check comments by myself ( @isacoin ) and @cryptick they were copy/pasted warnings on posts of users promoting scam ICO
so to state that all listed are scammers and should be reported is a mistake unless you check the context on each users posts
I'll remove your ids if it looks genuine. This is being picked from the SQL server that too when the repetitions exceed 5. SQL does not know the context, I even had @patrice on the list a few days back. Just be careful not to repeat the same comment everywhere, then you may end up looking like a spam bot. i dont really care if am listed just to list blindly and state all are scammers is misleading and not really appropriate to label as "scam report" when its a repeated comment is many use cases such as warnings on scams that can be done by anyone to list as spam and get reported could be flagged blindly by steemcleaners which then would lead to assistance of

What is your procedure.....
I have reported them to steemcleaners. Not enough power to flag them.
For future posts, I think I would prefer if the list was ranked by reputation. It is the users with the highest reputation which is of most concern.
